MEETING**************************************************************** The Next meeting will be held October 31  1:30 pm-3: 00 PM, at the beautiful Library of the Ryerss Museum, 7370 Central Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Although most of our members avail themselves of vehicular access to the meetings, it is also easy to access by public Transportat ion ( Septa) Bus Route 24, 70, 77 and R8 train at “Ryersstation in inclement weather. Favorite Stamp column!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! In September, Bill Congagna, assisted by new club member  Ed Weisberg (who is a professional printer) gave a wonderfully lecture to our club on the printing processes, as they pertain to stamp manufacture . Bravo to these members; they did a fabulous presentation and we learn a lot about color mixings on paper. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Agenda For OCTOBER OF 2009 Meeting !!!!!!!!!!!!  Anthony Montorano ( junior club member and boy scout) will give detail lecture with slide presentation on his favorite topic: dictators on stamps. We will also have other club members who will talk of their favorite topical collection. What topics do YOU collect; come and tell us . See you at the Club!!!!!! \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Ryerss Museum and Library////////// ///////////// ////////////// Robert Waln Ryerss’ Museum and Library were a gift to “ People of Philadelphia, forever . Reyerss Museum and Library will be having Fall Flea Markets in 2009. We hope all will attend. So before or after the meetings go and tour the museum and library, and learn about Burholme history and who was the Famous Ryerss  . Admission is free and donations are welcome! Hours 10am to 4pm Friday though Sunday. www.ryerssmuseum.org. For those who were absent and received their projects, please work on them and bring to the meetings to keep up with your lessons and to ask questions and better to understand stamps. *Members who want to continue receiving this news letter, must remember there is no dues payment to be in this club; only you participation is counted as dues, so you need to attend at least 4 meeting a year, so as to continue to receive newsletters .
