SaaS (Software as a Service) 1. A way of delivering applications

over the internet as a service

2. Licenses are needed for each cus-tomer or deploying a single instance multi-tenant access mode

3. Licenses are provided though "pay-as-you-go" model or no charge

and so on

1. Google SaaS offers software services such as: email, calendars, word documents, and websites.2. Microsoft SaaS allows businesses to purchase an annually renewable license for specific Microsoft Office programs.

7. How prevalent will SaaS become?

SaaS becomes prevalent , because of the long-term benefits of SaaS ac-cording to Forrester Research.

8. The expectation of using SaaS

About 90% of respondents will maintain or expand their current usage of SaaS.

9. The barriers to adopt SaaS

More concentration is needed: SaaS is just a software, so it won’t

operate until people let it starts.

The security problem of cus-tomer’s privacy:

It potentially possesses the risks of security.

10. Conclusion

Every SaaS will not be developed equally.

Company: needs to keep their own systems for certain functions.

Client: evaluate benefit and cost be-fore they adopt SaaS.
