    As Busway system uses Copper and Aluminium as a conductor, its current capacity is high and electrical and

    mechanical characteristics is better than the cables. It also has an advantage on non-flammability and safety, by

    using metal exterior.

    Compared to the traditional wiring system, the installation procedure of the busway system is easier, the

    installation space can be saved, and it has an extra advantage on high-rise building construction site.

    We have applied TAIHAN's accumulated experience on manufacturing cables from 1955 to the technics of

    busway system.

    Key Features

    Easy Installation

    T-Busway System features the Joint Kit connection system for the easiest installation ever.

    Closed Construction

    By using silicone gasket in the joint, T-busway system has a superior closed construction

    and IP65 rating without any additional enclosure.

    High Reliability of Conductor Contact Surface

    AL Busbar's surface is plated with copper after the galvanization, and again silver- or tin-

    plated to protect from Electrolytic corrosion and to enhance surface hardness.

    Light Weight (Al Enclosure)

    The weight of the T-busway system has been decreased as much as 30% by using AL

    Profile enclosure. AL enclosure also offers superior heat radiation and ground conductivity.

    2. Push the stopper on the

    wings to contact with the end

    of the joint kit.

    3. Align both sides and shear

    off the double-headed bolt

    by a wrench.

    4. Make sure the head of

    the double-headed bolt is

    broken off.

    5. Connect the side cover to

    the body with M6 bolt.

    6. Connect the upper and

    lower cover to the body with

    M6 bolt.

    PH-BOX Installation Procedure

    1. Check the brush and the

    terminal are clean.

    2. Fix the bottom hook of the

    product to the body.

    3. M8 bolt installed on the

    top of the PH box has to be

    secured on the top of the

    body's molded part.

    4. Make sure the terminal is

    safely secured into the brush.

    5. Push the box hard inside

    after PH box's brush and the

    terminal of the product are

    aligned.

    6. The bolts of the box's

    upper part and inside the

    bottom hook shall be securedto the body tightly.

    Cautions

    - Check if any interference has occurred to the box cover

    before installation

    - During the live wire status, do not touch the branch terminal

    - Clean the surface before installation

    When the Joint Kit and the stopper of the wings meet, the

    following dimensions can be measured
