Business Blueprint Quality Checklist

1. Confirm that successful project team training has been accomplished.

2. Verify that a team building activity has taken place.Team building activities should occur on a regular basis to promote team spirit, relieve stress, and most importantly, have fun.

3. Ensure user roles and responsibilities are defined.

4. Confirm the development of a technical design.The technical design includes the layout and distribution of the physical system, printing infrastructure, network and interfaces topology, change request management, release management strategy, and desktop management strategy.

5. Validate the setup of the development environment, and development environment system landscape.This includes the initial system hardware, desktop components, user master records, printing services, remote network connection, remote connection to SAP, development system clients and transport system.

6. Verify the proper systems administration functions have been set up.

7. Validate the IMG initialization .The Enterprise IMG and Project IMG should both be set up at this point.

8. Validate the completion and sign off of the Business Blueprint and Baseline Scope.
