Lynaire Kennels and Crematory, Inc is celebrating its 20th anniversary!

Although remodeled in 2008, the original doors opened December 10, 1994. Lynaire offers pet boarding, day care, grooming for all breeds, separate cattery and pet cremation services. The kennel is located on 20 private wooded acres and features climate controlled indoor outdoor runs 17 feet long. We also feature individual themed suites. We encourage people to visit our boarding facilities to see why so many people trust their pets to stay with us to “Experience the Lynaire Difference.” To celebrate our 20th Anniversary we are offering a 20% discount on all boarding in January and February. (sorry only one discount applies!). The kennel is owned by James and Linda Jarvis who live on the premises. Linda has shown and bred Airedale Terriers for over 30 years and is past president of the Airedale Terrier Club of America.

Con idential Records Management, Inc. - (CRMI) Achieves PRISM Privacy+ and SSAE 16 Certi icationCon idential Records Management, Inc. (CRMI) a Greenville, NC records and information management (RIM) services provider announced that it has successfully completed the Professional Records and Information Management (PRISM) Privacy+ Certi ication along with the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE No. 16) type I certi ication. CRMI underwent a third party audit conducted by, KirkpatrickPrice. The independent licensed CPA irm offered an opinion on CRMI’s presentation of CRMI’s current controls related to the protection of client information and issued a statement as to whether they are suitably designed to achieve control objectives. The audit focused on the controls in place at CRMI and veri ied the proper internal processes, procedures and controls were implemented to protect client data. “CRMI is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of client information managed by our irm. We take this responsibility very seriously and achieving both the Privacy+ and SSAE16 certi ications further demonstrates this commitment,” says Gail Bisbee, President/CEO of CRMI. SSAE 16 is a reporting standard put forth by the Auditing Standards Board (ASB) of the American Institute of Certi ied Public Accountants (AICPA) and effectively re-places Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70). SSAE 16 addresses actions undertaken

by a service auditor for re-porting on controls for service organizations that provide services to user entities, for which a service organization’s controls are likely to be relevant to a user entities internal control over inancial reporting (ICFR). Owned and administered by PRISM International, Privacy+ is an international certi ication program open to records and information management companies providing outsourced storage and protection of hard-copy records and off-line removable computer media. The Privacy+ certi ication is a voluntary program and allows companies to publicly demonstrate their commitment to protecting the privacy of information entrusted to them by their clients.
