    CASE STUDY

    Construction and facility Management Company

    The Challenge

    Five star is a reputed construction company based on Bangalore with a turnover of 200 crores and

    operating since 1985 mostly concentrating on apartments, facility and infrastructure management of

    BPOs and call centers.

    Recently in last board meeting some strategic business decisions are taken considering the flow of

    outsourcing tasksand availability of multiple business opportunities in various parts of the country.

    Company has decided to extend its area of operation to all prominent state capitals of India. They will be venturing to intellectual property management for incoming MNCs in big cities

    of India.

    Questions:

    Q1. Design the training model in detail considering the need analysis for different level and area.

    Q2. Design a model training programme for each different area and level considering the real

    situation where time is a constraint.

    Q3. Narrate the difficulties and limitations in designing a training programme.
