The American Dog Derby Committee is working hard plan-
ning our up coming CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION! We
would love some more volunteers who would like to be a part
of this great milestone in Ashton’s History. We have a lot of
great fun in the works for the 100 year celebration
and need a few more bodies to help us carry out the
excitement. Any questions please contact
John Scafe@ 360-0988—Chair ** Next meeting
will be Thursday, Dec.15 @ Frostop @ 6pm.
Linda Janssen has operated the Hair Fair since
1981, that equals out to about 35 years of multiple
heads and hair-dos. Yep, if you need a new style for
the holidays or any special occasion for that matter,
you need to give Linda a jingle! She’s done almost
every style and is ready for anything new! With a lot
of experience, she is open Wednesday-Friday by ap-
pointment. She gives wonderful perms, haircuts, or
any other great need you have for that stringy stuff on
top of your head. This fall, Amy Calonge moved into
the Hair Fair to work her magic as well. She has
been serving Ashton for the past 5 years and has been
a beautician for 7 years. She is available Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 9–5 and after hours by appoint-ment. She is also available by appointment on Satur-days. Amy offers hair cuts, perms, and colors. She is
an artist with colors and does many of them. Amy is
offering $10 off any color for the month of Decem-ber. Whoever said that a beautician is not a magician
never has visited the Hair Fair before. So, get on
over to the Hair Fair and talk to Linda or Amy to
make your appointment today! The
weather may be frightful outside,
but that leaves no excuse for how
your hair looks! Give Linda a jingle at 208-313-5654 or Amy a jingle at 208-716-4726 today and make your appointment for the holidays!
