Developing Your Strategic Plan –Additional sessions are available to create high-level marketing, financial and other keystrategies as determined by your needs.Consulting roles can range from being thefacilitator and project manager to conductingmarket research and completing financialanalyses.
Each facilitated session will take approximately3 to 4 hours of your time.

Determination of Key Indicators andKey Values. Identifying metrics to beused to measure long-term success and
the accomplishment of broadobjectives. Metrics may includeeconomic results, operating measures,valuation determinants.
Exit Strategies. Defining the desiredend points for you and your keystakeholders. Developing strategies toachieve these.
