Also includes the perception of others about IF: image, appeal, reliability Human Capital includes: the education, knowledge, ability, competency, motivation, commitment and willingness for growth and learning processes of employee basis Structural Capital consists of the attributes of internal business operations including the processes, internal cooperation and organisation culture Relational Capital: it stands for the external relations of the IF, as well as the students satisfaction, pass/fail ratio and even the quality and quantity of the students foreign study experiences Also Customer Capital or External Relations: comprises elements of an organisation's patrimony- related customer relations: relationships with customers and suppliers, brand names, trademarks and reputations Also Organisational Capital or Internal Relations: refers to the knowledge embedded in organisational structures and processes, and includes patents, research and development, technology and systems refers to the set of all the knowledge and routines carried within the minds of members of the organisation and includes skills/competences, training and education, and experience and value characteristics of IF's workforce/employees
