•Prenatal disorders are possible in mothers of all ages.•lack of nutrition or not enough exercise can cause the baby stress or a disorder that can affect it later in life.• During a pregnancy it is very easy for a mother to eat unhealthy.•The more protein a mother eats during her pregnancy the smarter the baby will be when it is older. •Women should stay away from any tobacco products and alcohol beverages during their pregnancy.

• Many mothers smoke or do other drugs while being pregnant.

• Before, during, and after pregnancy women have their choice on whether or not to have the baby all natural and at home or in the hospital with the safety of knowing there is technology and medication.
