The Effects of the Decline

* Without morals and values what do we have? We have people who no longer care about what happens to our community, our government, and our future generations as a whole. We no longer see a problem with lies, stealing, murder, and the list goes on and on. We see these things as everyday life and no longer see anything wrong with it. We become numb to the things that were once engraved onto our brain about what was right or wrong. The lines have been blurred and our self worth has also declined with morals and values. We don’t care as much about doing drugs, prostitution, robbery, and it’s a never endless list. It has become the norm and the majority of problems stem from this category.

The Solution

Questionnaires We plan to distribute a questionnaire to the

student body asking questions such as, “Do you see an importance in actually attending class? How often do you skip? Have you lied to a parent or guardian about staying after school when you were really participating in illegal or corruptive activities? How has the crime rate increased? How has health standards decreased? How often do you see a pregnant teen?” The questionnaire will be totally anonymous, and the questions aren’t just limited to the ones listed above.

End Results of the Questionaire

Based on the results of the questionnaire we will propose ideas to help change the discrepancies in our school system. This will hopefully renew teenagers engagement in school and their desire to continue coming to school.
