I chose the topic Technology of Computers for my research. I was interested in this topic because I was eager to learn the history of a everyday object. Computer is classified as Approaches to Learning. Computers have been around for fifty eight years.

The first computer was invented in 1936 by Konrad Zuse. This computer consist of basic utensils. Now days this computer would not stand a chance to modern computers. However for years the structure of the first computer was used often.

The first computer game was invent in 1952. A.S Douglas invented the first computer game. This game was an application on the computer. The game was known as the first graphical tic tac toe game.

The computer mouse was invented in 1974. Before this invention the arrows on the keyboard served as a mouse. The inventor name was Doug Engelbart

The keyboard was always a utensil on computers. It did not matter if you had a type writer, or early computer , or a laptop. The keyboard was always present. However the wireless keyboard was added in 1964.

The desktop computer is the basic structure for computers. The desktop comes in multiple shapes and sizes. In contrast the laptop did not follow the structure of the desktop computer. The laptop is a mini computer that can fit anywhere. This invention was in the 1980s.

Microsoft is a application most persons use on there computer. Microsoft has various applications. This feature was an added to computers in 1988. The inventor is name Bill gates.
