Picasa can transfer, find, organize, edit, print, and share images, all with this easy-to-use

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.

PhotoFiltre is a complete image retouching program. It allows you to do simple or advanced adjustmentsto an image and apply a vast range of filters on it.
