The telephone rr:essage was taken at approximately 1055hrs .I anernpted to contact Ms. McGowan, but she was not available and I left a message on her voicemail that I had returned her call.At approximately 1330 hrs., I had received no call from Ms. McGowan and I telephoned her officeagain, making contact with Ms. McGowan.Ms. McGowan informed me that Bvron Case has returned to the Kansas CitY area and that Kellv

I recovered the audio tape from Ms. Moffett and relayed the tape to theprosecutor 's office at the Kansas City Courthouse.
