Team presentation of a solution to a Business Professional (CEO), Professor (CIO), and TA (Tech Liaison).
Friday from 1-5 PM.
45 minute blocks, 20-25 minute team presentation.
20% of INTEX Grade.

Proofread, practice, repeat.
Then repeat.
Make your presentation look professional. Have
a theme.
Know your presentation space and set up before
you start.
Frame your pitch to your audience-Business People- How does your
idea add value?Tech People- Why did you choose
to use this technology?
Don’t pretend you know when you don’t.
“I need to research more and then I will let you know.”

Prepare a Handout*
1. State the problem that needs to be
fixed, as well as the current impact on
the company.
2. Give the details on how your proposed
solution will solve these problems and
improve the company.
3. Give them the bottom line that tells
them why they need the solution you
are presenting.
HOWEVER- There is no fixed format for you to follow. Make it professional, and make it
your own.
*This should be able to replace the PowerPoint if needed.

Not paying attention when other team
member is speaking.
Poor transitions between presenters.
Not enthusiastic or genuine.
