U.S. Payments will create a company administrator. This individual will be able to manage their company’s users (i.e. setup new users, disable users, and reset passwords).

All users will login with their email address and temporary password as shown below.

The main screen shows access to Payments, Administration, Reports, Change Password, or Log Off.

Under Payments users have access to send research requests or search for a transaction.

A Transaction ID number for a payment is needed to send a research request.

The transaction details will autofill in the research request. The user can enter the request information, and click Send. The Research Request will be emailed to the user and U.S. Payments’ Research Department. Requests are typically resolved within 24 hours.

Users are able search for transactions under the Payments menu. A Transaction ID number may be entered if available. If the ID number is not available the user can search by account number, biller, payments amount, service (i.e. Kiosk, CSR, IVR, Web), payment type (i.e. cash, check, or card), and/or payment date. The more information entered the more likely the transaction will be found.

All transactions that match the user’s search criteria will appear below the search information. The user can see the Trans ID, service, biller, account number, amount of payment, payment type, and date and time of payment.

Users are able to click the magnifying glass under View Details to view more transaction information. The user has the option to print the transaction detail, complete a research request, or close out the pop up box.

A user is able to change their password. The current password is needed, and in order to complete a new password the criteria to the right of the boxes will need to be included.

Users are able to manually pull reports from the system.

Reports available to billers are Chargeback, Daily Payment, and Kiosk Payments. The user will select the report from the drop down menu.

The biller name will appear in the drop down box. The user will select the needed date or date range along with the format they would like (i.e. csv or fixed length).

The biller administrator can manage their own users. The administrator can edit, disable, add, and delete users. After clicking on User Management the list of current users will appear. These can be sorted by All, Enabled, or Disabled users.

To add a new user the administrator will need the user’s email address, name, phone number, and desired access level. Then click Save. An email will be generated to the new user with the URL, username, and temporary password.
