Gill ultrasonic wind sensors are true solid-state devices
No need for regular maintenance, making them the ideal choice for a wide range of applications, particularly those in hostile environments.
WIND OBSERVER
All Wind Observer sensors have an IP66 rated stainless steel construction.
The Wind Observer 65, 70 & 75 are available with a range of mounting and connection
Wind Observer IS has approval for use in hazardous petrochemical environments
WIND OBSERVER 65
The Wind Observer 65 will monitor wind speeds up to 65m/s(145mph) and provides data via digital and optional analogue outputs.
This wind sensor is particularly suitable for use in land based and marine environments.
DETAILS OF WIND OBSERVER 65
Wind Speed Range 65m/s (145mph) Construction Stainless Steel Operational Temp -55°C to +70°C Weight 1.4kg (50oz)
WIND OBSERVER 70
The Wind Observer 70 will monitor wind speeds up to 70m/s (157mph) and has been accepted for service by the FAA and CAA for reporting of surface wind in airport applications
DETAILS OF WIND OBSERVER 70
Wind Speed Range 70m/s (157mph) Construction Stainless Steel Operational Temp -55°C to +70°C Weight 1.4kg (50oz) Heating Option High Power
WIND OBSERVER 75
The Wind Observer 75 will monitor wind speeds up to 75m/s (168mph) and features 150 Watts of electrical heating power in the anemometer head.
This sensor has been designed for use in freezing weather conditions

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The KP254 is a miniaturized Digital Barometric Air Pressure Sensor IC based on a capacitive principle.
The sensor converts a pressure into a 10-bit digital value and sends the information via the SPI interface. In addition, a temperature sensor is integrated on chip.
FEATURES
High accuracy pressure sensing (± 1.5 kPa) Real 10-bit pressure resolution Integrated temperature sensor Real 10-bit temperature resolution Self diagnosis features
APPLICATIONS
Automotive applications Industrial control Consumer applications Medical applications Weather stations
