Also, adults are needed to facilitate the five stations ie. snacks, crafts, games and more. If you are available, please contact Shirley at the parish. Please check your summer schedule and come out to "disciple" to the children.
Stewardship Note!
If you and/or your family are interested in bringing up the gifts (bread and wine) during the weekend masses, please ap-proach the welcomers at the individual masses and let them know. Sometimes, it is difficult for the welcomers to know if you are willing to serve in this way. Many have commented on how meaningful it is to be able to serve in bringing up the gifts, either as a group of people or a family. Secondly, a thank you to all of those who do "little things", that make St. Philip the awesome parish it is! For example, those who leave prime parking places for others instead of taking them themselves, those who "pick up" after others such items as pieces of paper that fall on the floor or hymn books that end up out of place etc,. and those who put on a pot of coffee in the morning for others to enjoy! God bless you!

Pius XII said, “The spirit flows to you and to all men from the heart of the God-man, Sav-iour of the world, but certainly, no worker was ever more completely and profoundly penetrated by it than the foster father of Jesus, who lived with Him in closest intimacy and community of family life and work. Thus, if you wish to be close to Christ, we again today repeat, ‘Go to Joseph’ ”.
