Cable Distribution Cabinets from SystemGEYER are suitable for a very wide range of applications. Their modular design makes it possible. There are four widths, threeheights and five different pedestals available.

The versions available with asymmetrical doorsmean that many different applicationscould be covered. They are regularlyused for many telecommunications

uses, broad band cable networks and alsoenergy metering applications.

Locking device

Three point locking system suitable for:one or two cylinders with key or triangular lock or square lock

Standard pedestal

• Side opening ∅ 55mm for temporary connection. This opening can be closed from inside after using.

• With cable support bar angle iron 40x40x3mm for fixing clamps.• Cast iron base plate with rods to adjust the pedestal on the base

plate (see accessories page H3-44)

Pedestal for concrete mounting

• Side opening ∅ 55mm for temporary connection. This opening can be closed from inside after using.

• The pedestal is fixed onto the ground by 4 bolts.

Cabinet

• Modern ripped surface design• Easy replacement of damaged parts (e.g. sidewalls, roof)• Recycable because no pressed metal parts used in the enclosure

Doors

• Door opening angle 180° (90° when 2 cabinets are fitted next to each other)

• Doors are easily to put on ist hinges and to take off• Door hinge left and right possible without alteration• DIN size 2 cabinets can be supplied with 2 seperate and

Ventilation

On bottom and top side of the cabinet there are labyrinthine slots

Basement

To reduce condensation water inside the cabinet it is recomended tofill the pedestal up the height of the cable support bar angle iron witha filling compound.The filling compound (25l plastic bag Reference No. 95075; see page H3-44) should be filled in approx. 200-300mm.Required qty. DIN size 00 - 2 plastic bags ;

CDCs with assymetric doors

CDCs with assymetric doors have a mounting plate factory fitted andalso got a seperation wall inbetween the 2 doors.Both doors have an independent double locking system with 1 profilecylinder (second cylinder can be retrofitted).
