    Mc ch ca ti ny nhm khm ph v xc nh cc nhn t c kh nng tc vo s tha mn ca nhm khch hng l ch cc Hair salon Tp.HCM khi h mua Hm phm chm sc tc (HMPCST), xy dng cc thang o dng o lng cc ny, xy dng v kim tra m hnh l thuyt v mi quan h gia cc nhn t tc ngyv i s tha mn ca khch hng khi h mua HMPCST.

    Da vo c s l thuyt v cc nghin cu, o lng v s tha mn ca khch hng c trn th trng th gii. ng thi kt hp vi nghin cu khm ph nh tnh ti thtrng Tp.HCM, ti a ramt hnh l thuyt v cc thang o cc khi nimnghin cu. Mt nghin cu nh lng vi mu n = 250 khch hng c thc hi

    TNG QUAN V TI NGHIN CU

    PHNG PHP NGHIN CU

    3.1. Gii thiu kim nh m hnh l thuyt c t ra Chng 2, nhm mc ch xc

    m hnh l thuyt ny c th chp nhn c hay l khng. Chng ta cn phi c mt phng php nghin cu khoa hc v ph hp. Trong Chng 3 ny trng tm l giithiu cc phng php nghin cu khoa hc c s dng xy dng v nhthang o lng nhng khi nimnghin cu cng nh kim nh cc m hnh l thuytcng vi cc gi thuyt c a ra..

    3.3. Xy dng thang oThang o l cng c dng quy c (m ha) ccn v phn tch theo cc biu hi

    3.4. Tm ttTrong chng 3 ny trnh by phngphp nghin cu c thc hin trong ti

    nhm xy dng, nh gi cc thang o v m hnh l thuyt v cc nhn t tc ng n tha mn ca khch hng l ch ccHair salon ti Tp.HCM. Phng php nghin cc thc hin qua 2 hai bc: nghin cu khm ph (nh tnh) v nghin cu chnh thc(nh lng).

    Nghin cu khm ph s dng phng php nghin cu nh tnh thng qua ktho lun nhm.Mc ch ca bc nghin cu ny nhm xc nh cc nhn t tc nn s tha mn ca khch hng khi mua MPCST, cc thang o lng cc khi ninghin cu cng c xy dng phc v cho nghin cu chnh thc. Nghin cu chnhthc s dng phng php nghin cu nh lng thng qua k thut phng vnkhch hng l ch ccHair salon vi kch thc mu n = 250.     4.1. Gii thiuTrongChng 3 trnh by phng php thc hin nghin cu ca ti. Tip theo
