Do NOT insert your images into your word document; images need to be separate attachments in the one email

A customized portfolio management system created by UAA’s IT services (Luke Weld and software engineers)

Preparing your Portfolio Documents
Get organized Create folders corresponding to the portfolio folders
on your hard drive or thumb drive Save word/ppts as pdfs (reduce files for web) or image
files.
