BOARD NOTES At the October 19th Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the following:
Last year’s Board Officers were re-elected.
A 3-year contract with EPI Management Company to manage the Association.
Green Horizon to complete various landscaping projects.
There will not be a December Board Meeting.

BLOOMINGDALE PARK DISTRICT REFERENDUM
Representatives from the Park District spoke at the BCREC Board Meeting, describing the $9.9 million Referendum that will be on the ballot for the November 8th election. The BCREC Board takes no position on this issue.

TOYS FOR TOTS
Last year The Volunteer Council of Bloomingdale Township helped make the
holiday brighter for over 750 families in our area. With your help, we’d like to increase the number of families helped.
There will be a collection box located just inside the Clubhouse front entry for your donation from Thanksgiving
through December 4th. The Holiday Open House would be a perfect
opportunity to drop off a new unwrapped item (toys, books, gift cards, etc.)
Together we can make this the best Holiday Season ever by bringing smiles to children!
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11TH 11:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m.
Come to the Clubhouse and have a FREE picture taken
of your child with Santa.
Why stand in long lines at the mall?
Bloomfield Club Children and Guests are welcome to
this special Holiday Event. You and your child can enjoy
cookies and hot chocolate while you’re visiting with
Santa and your neighbors. Also, children can make a
holiday craft if they wish. Santa will have a gift waiting
for each child.
All residents and guests are welcome. Please RSVP by
Friday, December 9th & pick up tickets for all guests.
