• The meeting place of CALICE 2015 Spring was originally planed as Kyushu-U, and changed to KEK, where ALCWS2015 is held.

• This meeting is held as a part of an “omnibus” Regional Linear Collider Workshop.

• This is a new attempt for us, and we may face new troubles that we have not experienced… but LET’S TRY.

– Place: Kobayashi Hall, Kenkyu Honkan Bldg.– Lunchtime SB meeting at Room 1, Kenkyu Honkan Bldg.– No shuttle

• 20 April (Mon) Day 2– Place: Seminar Hall, 4th Bldg. 1F– Lunchtime SB meeting at Room 425, 3rd Bldg. 4F– Meeting Dinner at Sasanoya (Shuttle-bus to the Restaurant)

• 21 April (Tue) Day 3– Place: Seminar Hall, 4th Bldg. 1F– Lunchtime TB meeting at Room 425, 3rd Bldg. 4F– Reception of ALCW2015 at KEK in the evening

CALICE meeting, 20th April (Mon)• The schedule is very tight. The meeting should

be completed strictly by 18:30 today.• The SB meeting is held in the Room 425 (4F) of

the 3rd Bldg. Lunchboxes are prepared in the room. I am collecting the tickets. Alexey, Francois, Imad, Roman.

• The meeting dinner will start at 19:15. Shuttle bus service is prepared twice, departing KEK for the restaurant at 18:35 and 18:55.
