On April 21, 2015, complainant filed notice that the Board of Administration of theCalifornia Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) had remanded the above-captionedmatter to the administrative law judge for the purpose of taking additional evidence.However, no transcript of the entire prior proceedings or evidence was provided.

The following order is issued with respect to the remand in this case:

1. Pursuant to Government Code section 11517, subdivision (c)(2)(D), and CaliforniaCode of Regulations, title 1, section 1050, subdivision (b), complainant shall lodge thetranscript of the full previous administrative hearing held on November 5, 2014, as well asall exhibits identified and received into evidence, with the Office of Administrative Hearings.320 West 4th Street, Suite 630, Los Angeles, California 90013, as promptly as possible.

2. The agency must comply in all other respects with California Code of Regulations,title 1, section 1050, subdivision (a). It if has not already done so, complainant shallpromptly serve on all respondents a copy of the remand package filed with this office onApril 21, 2015, including the letter dated April 20, 2015, the partial transcript of the Board'smeeting, and the other attachments to the April 20, 2015 letter, to apprise respondents of thepurpose of the remand.

3. A Telephonic Trial Setting Conference, orahearing onremand, will bescheduledin this case upon receipt of all documents.
