The Asia Pacific Internaonal Conference on Emerging Engineering (APICEE) will be held in Swedish College of Engineering and Technology, Rahimyar Khan, Pakistan from 09-10 November, 2019. The purpose of the conference is to provide an internaonal forum for cross-ferlizaon of ideas from academic researchers, praccing engineers and industry representaves in areas related to Emerging Engineering and allied fields in general. The conference will include presentaons of technical papers and keynotes talks on issues of contemporary significance in electrical systems, networks, signal processing, arficial intelligence, control theory, power engineering and Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer and Soſtware Engineering. Double submissions are strictly disallowed. All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and will only be considered for publicaon if favorable decision is given by the subject maer experts conducng peer-review. IMPORTANT: In order to be published in above menoned journals, an author of the accepted paper should register (non-refundable) and present the paper himself/herself. An excepon to author presentaon rule may be made if the TPC chair allows a substute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer quesons.
