1 - SELF-INITIATED PROGRAM PARTICIPANT2 - SELF-REFERRED3 - COUNTY-REFERRED4 - EXEMPT6 - POST-EMPLOYMENT

Use 1 code per term, if multiple apply to student select based on the following priority order: 3, 1, 4, 6, 2
