    2013 Virginia Camp Woodmen

    Registration Confirmation Lette

Congratulations! Your camper is now registered for Virginia Camp Woodmen and the staff cant wait to see them!!

When they come to camp, they will be experiencing one of the most positive and influential times of their lives. To make

sure that we have another great year at camp, we are working on new programs for this years camp, and triple checkingeverything to ensure their safety.

At Camp Woodmen, we work hard to provide the best possible camp experience at the lowest possible prices. Due

to rising costs each year, we will have to have a minimum number of campers each week. Please be advised that all camp

registrations are conditional on a minimum of 40 campers registering for each week of camp. If we do not have the minimum

number of campers registered at least 14 days prior to the start of camp, that week of camp will be canceled and you will be

notified via the email address you provided at registration. Encourage everyone to register early so we can ensure all our

    camp weeks are held!!

As always, the American Camp Association (ACA) accredits your camps. The staff we hire will meet and/or exceed

the standards put out by the ACA. The staff will have extensive training in all the programs that we offer. They will have

special training in CPR, first aid, life guarding, ropes certification, safety, food service, and extra special training in

    homesickness.

To help with homesickness this year, you will have the ability to send messages to your camper through Facebook!!

Simply like Virginia Camp Woodmen (www.facebook.com/virginiacampwoodmen) on Facebook and send us a private message.

Make sure to include your campers FULL name so we can be sure to get the message to them. (Please no more than one

message per day!) Also new this year, well be uploading photos (daily) and videos (weekly) to the Facebook page for each

week of camp. That way its easier for you to save and share pictures!

We wanted to take this time to remind you of some important information and rules:
