About the proposed assessments: English Comprehension: The test evaluates candidates language abilities on vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure and

reading comprehension.

Logical Reasoning Ability: The test measures a candidates logical reasoning – inductive and deductive logical. The test is veryuseful in measuring the trainability and problem solving abilities of candidates for more complex systems and processes.

Quantitative Ability: The test evaluates mathematics concepts covering arithmetic reasoning, percentage analysis andquantitative analysis.
