Canex Multispectrum all wormer

Canex Multi is formulated from three active constituents: pyrantel embonate, oxantel embonate and praziquantel. It is tableted into 2 convenient dosage sizes for medium or large dogs.

SPECTRUM OF ACTIVITY Canex Multi offers gentle, effective control of gastrointestinal worms. It can be given to all dogs including old animals, young pups, working dogs, greyhounds, pregnant and lactating bitches.

Recommended for the control of gastrointestinal worms in dogs including:

ROUNDWORMS Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina

HOOKWORMS Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Uncinaria stenocephala

WHIPWORM Trichuris vulpis

TAPEWORM Echinococcus granulosus (HYDATID TAPEWORM), Dipylidium caninum (common flea tapeworm), Taenia ovis,Ttaenia pisifomis, Taenia hydatigena.

This formulation controls 11 species of gastrointestinal worms.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Canex Multi is given as a single dose by mouth. Fasting prior to dosing is NOT necessary. Weigh dogs before treatment.

Round up to nearest half or whole tablet.

ADMINISTRATION: Canex Multi tablets are palatable and easily administered whole or crushed and sprinkled on food.

RECOMMENDED WORM CONTROL PROGRAMME: Treat all dogs and cats in the household when worming. Always ensure a high standard of hygiene. Daily disposal of droppings is a useful procedure to aid worm control.

PUP TO 12 WEEKS OF AGE: Commence treatment at two (2) weeks of age. Dose at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks of age.

DOGS FROM 12 WEEKS OF AGE: Dose every three (3) months. Where dogs live in confinement or where dogs are frequently exposed to areas visited by other pets or where humid weather conditions prevail, more frequent treatment may be required.

PUPS DOG FROM 12 WEEKS PREGNANT BITCHES Treat at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks Every three (3) months Treat at mating, before

Every six (6) weeks in hydatid infested areas

These recommendations are of a general nature. Under some circumstances when worm symptoms persist, guidance should be obtained from a veterinarian.

COMPATIBILITY:

Canex Multi Spectrum All Wormer for dogs may be combined with other treatments such as heartworm prevention, flea or tick treatments.

Store below 30 degrees (Room Temperature) in a dry place.
