(Factoring in Love, Time, Energy & Relationships) Day Camps, exclusively designed to provide the tools and skills teens need to increase self-esteem and promote healthy relationships. The Adult Advocacy’s Standing Strong program, with the support of Fox Valley Technical College and the Women’s Fund of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation, empowered seven adult survivors to complete the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. Six graduates acquired employment in the field and continue to maintain self-sufficiency. Other 2013 impact highlights include: Renovation: Room for Hope The excitement of the finished renovation project has not diminished as the shelter is now more accessible and better utilized by staff and survivors. Giving: The Pearl Fund In honor of observing 30 years of service in their respective communities, Christine Ann and Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs have come together to create The Pearl Fund campaign. In recognition of this milestone, the J.J. Keller Foundation will generously match donations up to $60,000.
