primary focus is on activating energy reserves

whilst protecting the body against free radicals.

Whether it‘s running, cycling or swimming

– endurance athletes need to increase their

body‘s resistance to fatigue and ability

to recover. When the body can optimally

utilise the available energy, this enables

higher-intensity cardio training over a longer

period. In addition, endurance plays a key

role in every single sport alongside strength,

speed and coordination.
