Do you want to work in a fun, privately owned collaborative specialty hospital in a beautiful part of the country? Do you want to come into a practice with an established caseload and with owners who are committed to growing a full-service cardiology service? Animal Critical Care and Emergency Services (ACCES) is a 24-hour specialty/ emergency and critical care hospital located in “cosmopolitan yet casual” Seattle, Washington. ACCES is looking for a veterinary cardiologist who shares our vision and values to lead our cardiology service. There is a huge underserved demand for cardiology services in Western Washington and any cardiologist would be welcomed with open arms by the referral community. Our hospital is extremely well supported by primary practice veterinarians and we are committed to purchasing the equipment specialists need to succeed. In addition, we work hard to market our specialists and have been able to establish a caseload for each of our new departments rapidly. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the early stages of a fast-growing practice. Our services, all led by boarded specialists, include internal medicine, surgery, a community blood bank, and a 24-hour ER and ICU. We share our 9700 square-foot facility with a well-established veterinary radiation and medical oncology practice. ACCES opened in 2003 and we have enjoyed tremendous client and referral veterinary support. We have a team of over 60 dedicated and supportive staff members. What makes us different from everyone else? ACCES has spent a tremendous amount of time and energy with our staff creating and supporting core values that we believe truly make a difference in a veterinary practice of this caliber. The commitment of the owners and management is felt and reciprocated by all members of our team, from kennel staff to specialists. We offer the usual benefits: health, dental, vision, vacation, paid holidays, continuing education, 401K with company match, professional memberships & dues, life and short term disability insurance, not to mention working with dedicated people on a daily basis. A buy-in opportunity is available for the right person. Send your cover letter and resume to Beth Davidow, DVM DACVECC, at [email protected] or fax to 206-364-3667 or call 206-364-1660 for more information.
