BACKGROUNDCareerLink is a campus-based project centre providing job placement and consultancy services across a broad range of areas related to HR. We work closely with companies to advertise available full and part-time positions to our students and alumni. In addition, we work with companies on HR projects such as organisational climate surveys, OJT blueprint development and customised HR tools.

Through these industry projects, learners attached to CareerLink acquire practical skills in the areas of collaborative teamwork, critical thinking and project management.

Learners are given the opportunity to conceptualise and implement on-campus recruitment roadshows and work closely with companies to organize career-related talks and seminars for all students.

These collaborations with various organizations enable the learners to hone their professional HR skills and deepen their knowledge in areas such as recruitment processes, interviewing techniques and talent management.

These collaborations help companies to

establish a presence in the school and

facilitate their recruitment and selection

process with prospective students.

Through these collaborations, we aim to

train learners attached to CareerLink to

develop and implement outreach contents

for various publicity and digital platforms.
