Process of inserting the bottle. The transferred bottle is sorted using the side belt, and cleaned through the air cleanser.

When the cleansed bottles are provided after they are sorted, 8HEAD co-operates and the liquid is filled.

The bottle stopper is attached through continuous operation.

When the label is provided, the sticker is attached to the side of the bottle. Using an ink-jet printer, the manufacturing date is labeled on the side.

The film on the roll will be cut in equal lengths and wrapped around the stopper.

Hot air will be used to compress the film on the lid.

Bottle will be automatically lined up, and when the product is inserted, the case will be fitted and automatically packed. Using the ink jet printer, LOT, EXP, MFD will be printed.

The product in the case will be placed in an out box. There are 24 products in one out box.
