� Her research interests include voluntary stuttering and its effect on the process of desensitization.

� She is on the board of directors of Friends –The National Association of Young People Who Stutter and co-hosts the StutterTalk B-Team.

� Caryn is also actively involved with SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young and the National Stuttering Association.
