Cast metal surfacing with patterns that feature high luster, durability, depth and dimension.
2
GageCast is a cast metal surfacing appropriate for vertical applications where patterns that feature high luster, pattern depth and dimension, durability, and cost effective installation are a requirement. GageCast is composed of high content recycled metal particles dispersed throughout the casting rather than an applied topical application. GageCast’s patented process allows the casting to be manufactured with a choice of installer friendly substrates and three distinct installation systems (see pages 17-19), thereby providing the specifier versatility for the intended application.
GageCast offers 27 standard designs. Reference numbers and names are shown on the photos. (Product photos may not be to scale – request samples from factory.) All designs can be specified in a number of single metal finishes; however, certain designs can also be specified in a combination of two finishes (see right).
Custom designs and collaboration are encouraged. GageCast is protected by a durable clear topcoat to prevent oxidation. Black (BP) patina is available for certain designs. Standard panel size is 48" x 96" (nominal) (122 cm x 244 cm). Factory cut panels to match field dimensions and/or shop drawings are available. Contact the factory for additional information.
Metal Choices:Aluminum (AL) Bronze (BZ)Copper (C) Nickel Silver (NS)Stainless Steel (SS) Dark Stainless Steel (DSS)Warm Brass (WMB) Zinc (ZN)
Note: Color and brightness of metal finish may vary by design due to the individual response of each pattern to the multistep finishing/polishing procedure. All metals are subject to color variations between production lots; therefore, pre-production submittal samples are suggested.
Solid ColorMost opaque colors are achievable with reasonable accuracy subject to the parameters of the GageCast process. Gage will match to your supplied sample chip or Pantone® number.
Combination FinishesAll standard designs, except those marked by an asterisk (*), are available in a two finish combination. Specify two metals or metal pattern with solid color field (to match specifier’s sample). Gage will provide a pre-production strike-off for specifier’s approval prior to production on all non-standard or combination finishes.
Refer to www.gagecorp.net for complete system descriptions, new standard designs, and additional project photos.

Gage is committed to a greener planet. The Gage Corporation International is dedicated to continual environmental improvement. Gage, through its primary manufacturer, initially established a Cooperative Environmental Agreement in 2002 with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources; this agreement has been extended through 2012 and is currently undergoing the Green Tier application process. Additionally, our primary manufacturing
facility has earned ISO 14001 certification.
As a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Gage promotes conservation, recycling and efficient use of energy. The majority of our metal products contain a significant amount of recycled material creating an end product that is both recycled and recyclable. Gage is committed to a greener planet and has been since 1988.
