Both Geoff and Tina enjoyed growing up overseas as children of missionaries. After finishing high school, both aended the NTM Bible College where they met. They married a few years later and in 2002 went to work in the mountains of Central Peru with Pioneers. Their primary focus has been teaching and disciple- ship. They are currently involved with a small Spanish church in the town of Huanuco and with evangelism and teaching in the Quechua village of Angasmarca. Prayer Requests: 1. Please pray for the continuous growth and maturity of the church in Huanuco. 2. Please pray for more opportunities to teach the Quechua people. 3. Please pray for our coworkers as they carry out the ministry while we are on home assignment. We sure appreciate all the prayers and support given for the furtherance of this ministry. A BAPTISMAL SERVICE will be held next Sunday, October 30, at 11:45 am. If you are interested in being baptized, please check the appropriate box on your Connection Card or contact Eileen in the church office. MENS FALL-MINISTRY KICK-OFF BREAKFAST featuring guest speaker Rev. Jim Porter of Apollo Baptist Church and special music by our GBC Mens Quartet will be held Saturday, November 5, at 8:00 am.
