FIGURE 1: START OF CYCLEThe potymer fl.oat with integraI magnet is resting on the base of thereservoir. The integral ftoat magnet exerts a magneiic force repet-ting the inner magnet upward and hol.ding it seated against anorifice in the lower end of the controI air vaLve stem. The controI aircircuit, inc[uding the inner magnet and vatve stem, is isotated fromtiquid that ftows into the reservoir. The air actuator is in the homeposition and the discharge ba[[ valve is ctosed.

FIGURE 2: START 0F DISCHARGELiquid continues to flow into the reservoir and raises the ftoat to itshighest position. The integraI float magnet is then raised up pastthe inner magnet and repets the inner magnet downward openingthe orifice in the control airvaLve stem. This attows the controL airfrom the center tube to ftow through to the other side of the controlair circuit to the air actuator. ControI air pressure extends the airactuator and opens the ball vatve starting the discharge of the tiquidaccumulated in the reservoir.
