Atribuição do Certificado de Qualidade, em 1995, segundo as normas NP EN ISO 9002, pelo Instituto Português da Qualidade. A Revigrés é a 1ª empresa Certificada, do sector de pavimentos e revestimentos cerâmicos no âmbito do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.

Desenvolvimento do projecto “Ardósia”, viabilizando a reciclagem dos pós e lamas em materiais cerâmicos.

Certificação pela Sociedade Ponto Verde – Sociedade Gestora de Resíduos de embalagens, pela adesão ao Sistema Integrado de Gestão de Resíduos de Embalagens.

Declaração de Conformidade com a norma EN 14411:2003 Pavimentos e revestimentos Cerâmicos: Definições, Classificação, Características e Marcação, adquirindo a Marcação CE.

Distinção por “boas práticas de responsabilidade climática”, pela Euronatura – Centro para o Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentado.

Com o espólio de cerca de dois mil desenhos que reuniu ao longo da sua carreira, fundou, em 1993, o Lugar do Desenho – Fundação Júlio Resende.

Tendo o azulejo como suporte, em colaboração com a Revigrés, as suas obras podem ser apreciadas no “Mural do Dragão” (no Estádio do Dragão), no azulejo “Presépio” e na colecção “Traços de Mestre”.

Regroupant un héritage d’environ deux mille dessins qu’il avait réunis au long de sa carrière, le peintre a fondé en 1993, « o Lugar do Desenho » – Fondation Júlio Resende.

Avec l’azulejo comme support et en collaboration avec Revigrés, ses œuvres peuvent être appréciées sur le « Mural do Dragão » (au Stade du Dragon), dans l’azulejo « Presépio » et dans la collection « Traços de Mestre ».

With a collection of around 2,000 works from over the course of the painter’s career, he founded the Lugar do Desenho – Fundação Júlio Resende (“Space for Drawings - Júlio Resende Foundation”) in 1993.

Using tiles as a medium, in collaboration with Revigrés, his works can be seen in the “Mural of the Dragon” (at the Dragão Stadium), in Revigrés’ Presépio (“Nativity Scene”) piece and in the Traços de Mestre (“Strokes of Genius”) collection.

Mit dem im Laufe seiner Karriere entstandenen Werk von ungefähr zwei tausend Zeichnungen gründete er 1993 die Stiftung „O Lugar do Desenho – Júlio Resende Stiftung“.

Zusammen mit Revigrés werden Fliesen zum Medium seiner Werke, die an der “Drachenwand” (im Drachenstadion in Porto), mit dem Modell “Krippe” und in der Kollektion “Traços de Mestre” bewundert werden können.

Convidada pela Revigrés para desenvolver este projecto, Alena Agafonova, Arquitecta e Directora Artística do Studio IM, encara a Cerâmica como o material universal que desempenha um papel activo na criação do espaço.

fusion of interior design with fashion.

Architect Alena Agafonova, the IM Studio’s art director who sees ceramics as the universal material participating in the creation of space, was invited by Revigrés to develop this project.

Caso se prevejam deformações significativas no suporte, é necessário que as juntas possuam um bom comportamento elástico.As juntas permitem evitar os problemas decorrentes das ligeiras diferenças dimensionais das peças, bem como de potenciais dilatações das mesmas. ASSENTAMENTO E MANUTENÇÃOA utilização de juntas facilita também a troca de peças, caso seja necessário. Além das funções técnicas, as juntas têm também funções estéticas, proporcionando um bom alinhamento das peças.

O tipo de junta a seleccionar depende de vários factores, nomeadamente:(a) local de aplicação - interior ou exterior; (b) dimensão da peça cerâmica; (c) largura pretendida - normalmente, a junta para o pavimento é mais larga do que a junta para o revestimento; (d) cor da junta - pode ser idêntica à cor do mosaico ou pode ter um efeito contrastante; (e) tipo de acabamento das juntas - pode ser liso, rústico, plano ou curvo côncavo.

Utilize martelos de borracha branca para bater o material; não utilize martelos de borracha negra, pois podem deixar marcas.

Após a colocação do material, existe um tipo de controlo para verificar se as peças ficaram bem coladas: teste do som. No caso de, ao bater numa determinada peça, o som for oco, significa que o assentamento dessa peça não está correcto, pois o cimento cola não foi aplicado devidamente.

7- PROTECÇÃO E LIMPEZAPara uma boa conservação do revestimento / pavimento cerâmico, recomendamos alguns cuidados específicos: limpeza frequente das superfícies; colocação de tapetes nas zonas de maior passagem / tráfego, nomeadamente nas áreas de comunicação com o exterior, de modo a evitar-se a circulação de areias, prejudiciais a qualquer tipo de pavimento.

A utilização do revestimento / pavimento cerâmico proporciona boas condições de higiene e conservação. A sua manutenção e limpeza é muito prática e fácil, sendo normalmente feita com produtos de limpeza neutros.

É importante obedecer às instruções de aplicação destes produtos incluídas nas respectivas embalagens - alguns produtos contêm ácidos, nomeadamente ácido fluorídrico que podem atacar as superfícies, retirando-lhes brilho. Por razões de segurança, recomendamos que a sua utilização seja ensaiada numa peça de reserva ou numa zona menos visível. Estes produtos estão disponíveis nos revendedores de material cerâmico.

Relativamente aos decorados, especialmente nos produtosz em vidro ou metalizados a ouro ou platina, não devem ser utilizados utensílios ou produtos de limpeza abrasivos, os quais poderão danificar a decoração.

Os produtos das empresas referidas são meramente exemplificativos.Além destas, existem diversas empresas que dispõem de produtos similares e de qualidade.

Use white rubber hammers to tap the tiles. Do not use black rubber hammers, because they can leave marks.

After the tiles are laid you can check if the pieces are well laid by means of a sound test. Should there be a hollow sound when you knock on a tile, it means that it has not been well laid due to defective application of the adhesive.

7- PROTECTION AND CLEANINGFor good conservation of the ceramic wall/floor tiles, we recommend you take the following specific measures: clean the surfaces frequently; put down carpets in zones with greatest traffic, namely in areas of communication with the exterior, in order to avoid sand and other abrasive materials which are prejudicial to all types of floor coverings being carried round on people’s feet.

The use of ceramic floor/wall tiles is beneficial for maintaining hygienic conditions and for conservation.

Maintaining and cleaning ceramic tiles is very practical and easy, and can normally be done using neutral cleaning products.

It is important to follow the application instructions for these products given on their respective packages – some of these products contain acids such as hydrofluoric acid that can attack tile surfaces, removing the gloss. To be safe, we recommend you test the use of these products on a spare tile or in a less visible area. These products can be bought at ceramic material retailers.

Abrasive cleaning utensils or products should not be used for decorated tiles, especially those in glass or metal to gold or platinum ornamentation, since they could damage the decorative effect.

2- THE SUbSTRATEThe floor or wall on which the material will be laid has to be perfectly leveled and cleaned. It must not be deformed in any way.

3- THE MATERIALWe recommend that tiles from different boxes are mixed in order to make shade and tone uniform.If the tiles have an irregular pattern, they must be laid randomly, that is, the pattern must be applied in different directions.

Joint spaces must be left between the tiles to ensure they are laid perfectly.

Joint spaces fulfil important technical functions, namely:Joint spaces absorb deformations which occur in the floor or wall, preventing such deformations being transmitted to the ceramic tiles. Should you expect significant deformations to occur in the floor or wall, the joints should have good elastic behaviour.

Joint spaces avoid problems resulting from slight size differences in the tiles as well as from any expansion in the tiles that may occur. If tiles are laid in contact with each other, without any space being left for potential expansions or contractions, the tensions that may build up can lead to tiles being loosened from the walls or floor.

Leaving joint spaces also makes it easier to substitute tiles, should this be necessary.In addition to their technical functions, joint spaces also have aesthetic functions, enabling the tiles to be aligned correctly.

Les joints absorbent les déformations qui se produisent sur le support et empêchent que cesdéformations soient transmises aux carreaux en céramique. Si des déformations significatives sont prévisibles sur le support, il faut que les joints aient un bon comportement élastique.

Les joints permettent d’éviter les problèmes découlant des légères différences de taille des carreaux, ainsi que d’éventuelles dilatations de ceux-ci. À cause d’éventuelles dilatations et contractions des carreaux, la pose de ceux qui sont en contact entre eux peut provoquer des tensions accumulées qui provoquent leur décollement sans l’action modératrice des joints.

L’utilisation des joints facilite aussi le remplacement de carreaux, le cas échéant.Outre les fonctions techniques, les joints ont aussi des fonctions esthétiques, car ils permettent de bien aligner les carreaux.

Le choix du type de joint dépend de plusieurs facteurs, notamment :

a) du lieu d’application – intérieur ou extérieur, (b) de la taille du carreau ; (c) de la largeur souhaitée - normalement, le joint d’un revêtement de sol est plus large que celui d’un revêtement mural, (d) de la couleur du joint – elle peut être identique à celle du carreau ou produire un effet de contraste ; (e) du type de finition des joints – ils peuvent être lisses, rustiques, plats ou concaves.

Utilisez des marteaux en caoutchouc blanc pour taper sur le carrelage; n’utilisez pas de marteau en caoutchouc noir car cela pourrait laisser des traces.

7- PROTECTION ET ENTRETIENPour une bonne conservation du revêtement mural / de sol en céramique, nous recommandonscertains soins spécifiques : le nettoyage fréquent des surfaces, la pose de tapis dans les zones de passage / circulation fréquente, notamment sur les zones de communication avec l’extérieur, de façon à éviter la présence de grains de sable qui peuvent abîmer n’importe quel revêtement de sol.

L’utilisation du revêtement mural / de sol en céramique permet de bonnes conditions d’hygiène et de conservation. Il est très pratique et très facile à entretenir et à nettoyer, normalement avec des détergents de ménage.

Il est important de suivre les instructions d’application de ces produits qui se trouvent sur les emballages respectifs – certains produits contiennent des acides, notamment de l’acide fluorhydrique, qui peuvent attaquer les surfaces en leur ôtant leur lustre. Pour des raisons de sécurité, nous vous recommandons de faire un essai d’utilisation sur un carreau de réserve ou sur une zone moins visible. Ces produits sont disponibles chez les revendeurs de matériau céramique.

Pour décoré, en particulier décoré dans le verre ou le métal en or ou en platine, vous ne devez pas utiliser d’ustensiles ou de produits de nettoyage abrasifs, car ils peuvent endommager la décoration.

Wenn die Fliesen ohne Fugen verlegt werden, könnte die aufgebaute Spannung dazu führen, daß sich die Fliesen von der Wand oder vom Boden lösen. Keramische Fliesen sind undurchlässig für Wasser und Dampf, doch müssen diese durch die Fugen entweichen können.

Zusätzlich zu den technischen Funktionen, haben Fugen auch ästhetische Funktionen. Sie ermöglichen es die Fliesen korrekt auszurichten.

Die Wahl welchen Typ von Fugen man wählt, hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab:(a) dem Ort, an dem die Fliesen verlegt werden – drinnen oder draußen (b) der Fließengröße (c) der Stärke der Fliese – bei Bodenfliesen sind die Fugen normalerweise breiter als bei Wandfliesen (d) der Farbe des Zwischenraums – diese kann die gleiche wie die Fliese sein oder eine andere, um einen Kontrast zu bilden (e) Art der Fugenoberfläche – glatt, rustikal, flach oder gewölbtn

7- UNTERHALTSPFLEGE UND PFLEGEFür eine langzeitige Konservierung der keramischen Boden- und Wandfliesen empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Maßnahmen: Reinigen Sie die Fliesen regelmäßig. Legen Sie Teppiche in Bereiche, die stark frequentiert werden, besonders in Eingangsbereiche, um Sand und andere scheuernde Partikel, die mit den FuÅNssen hereingetragen werden und damit die Bodenbeläge schädigen, zu vermeiden. Der Einsatz von keramischen Boden- und Wandfliesen schafft hygienische Verhältnisse. Die Pflege keramischer Fliesen ist sehr praktisch und einfach und kann mit gewöhnlichen Haushaltsreinigern erfolgen.

Besonders bei matten Fliesen kann Schutzwachs die tägliche Pflege einfacher machen.Es ist wichtig, die Bedienungshinweise auf der Packung füEr diese Produkte zu befolgen – einige enthalten Säuren wie hydrofluoreszierende Säure, die die Oberfläche der Fliesen angreifen kann und ihnen den Glanz nimmt. Um ganz sicherzugehen, empfehlen wir diese Produkte an einer Ersatzfliese oder an einer wenig auffälligen Stelle auszuprobieren.

Alle diese Produkte können üEber den Fachhandel bezogen werden. Scheuernde Reinigungsutensilien oder – produkte sollten nicht verwendet werden, besonders nicht für Dekorfliesen mit Gold- oder Platinornamenten, da sie den dekorativen Effekt beschädigen könnten.
