Kiosk - type Package transformer Substation designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC 62271-202 standard by THIBIDI Trad-ing Joint Stock Company (TTC-KPS).

Outdoor installed TTC-KPS substation, the

capacity of transformer up to 2x1250kVA, oper-

ated from outside to the substation, its metal

enclosure is coated by electroplated painting or

hot dipped galvanized steel.

TTC-KPS substation is manufactured and

tested at TTC-THIBIDI ready for installation,

operation. We supply the optimal design

solutions appropriate to the Customers request,

including TTC-KPS.W (typical substation)

,TTC-KPS.L (substation type for narrow site

areas), and TTC-KPS.D (substation type for

substation with capacity higher than 1250kVA).

TTC-KPS is designed, fabricated and tested ready in the factory to form a block of safety guarantee and aesthetics.

TTC-KPS is manufactured by the modern technology and machines.

Enclosure

TTC-KPS.W is typical design include three compartments:

MV compartment: installed MV switchgear and controlgear.

Transformer compartment: installed THIBIDI distribution transformer.

LV compartment: installed LV switchgear and controlgear, measurement equip-ments.

Enclosure includes the parts are jointly associated by bolts, to ensure the certainty and removable, including: base frame, substation body and roof.

Enclosure is coated by light grey electro-plated painting.

Enclosure ensures the waterproof when installed outdoor, degree of protection of the enclosure achieves IP23D in accordance with IEC 60529 standard (the degree of protection of the substation doors can achieve IP54 depend-ing on the Customers request).

Chn c thit k sn cc cht bt bulong nh v trm xung nn mng.

C ba v tr tip a khung chn , c b tr trong ngn trung th, ngn my bin th, ngn h th. V tr tip a lm bng bulong INOX M12 c hn ngu vo khung chn m bo dn in tt.

Base frame

It is load-bearing for supporting all materi-als and equipments of the substation. It is made of shape steel or steel plate with its minimum thickness of 3mm depending on each specific case, they all are welded to one block and hot-dip galvanized, the outer side of base frame is painted black to intensify the aesthetics.

Four lifting hooks are associated with base frame by bolts certainly, to ensure the lift force bearing of the entire transformer substation when loading. Lifting hooks can be removable to improve the convenience and aesthetics.

Base frame is pre-designed to join bolts to locate the substation into the foundation.

There are three points earthing locations in base frame, they are arranged in the MV compartment, transformer compartment, LV compartment. The earthing location by INOX M12 bolts is welded to the base frame to ensure the good conduct.

Cc tm xung quanh: lm bng thp tm dy 2mm, l v tr lp bn ca ca bn mt xung quanh. Lin kt vi ca trm, vch ngn, t in h th bng bulong. Chng c thit k lp rp t bn trong, chng tho t bn ngoi.

Vch ngn c lm bng thp tm 1,5mm. C hai tm vch ngn: vch ngn gia ngn trung th v ngn my bin th; vch ngn gia ngn my bin th v ngn h th. Vch ngn c gi cp trung th v h th.

Ca trm lm bng thp tm 2mm, c thit k t IP23D, m bo ng kht, thao tc d dng v kn nc. Ph kin lp t ca nh bulong, bn l, kha ca l loi ngoi tri, lm bng thp khng r hoc xi m chng r st.

T in h th c t trong ngn h th, lm bng thp tm 1,5mm, c lin k vi vch ngn v chn t in h th bng bulong, cc bulong ny ch c tho t bn trong t in h th. Ngn lp my ct h th tng v my ct l ra ph ti (nu c yu cu). Ca c kha chm, bt kha, lp h thng hin th: volt k, amper k, n bo pha.

Ton b thn trm c lm bng thp tm, sn tnh in loi ngoi tri c hai mt trong v ngoi.

Substation body includes the surrounding plates, substation doors, partition, LV panel. Associ-ated with the base frame by bolts to ensure certainty and form the firm frame, supporting its self.

Surrounding plates: They are made of steel plate of 2mm thick, it is the location to install four doors of four surrounding sides. Associated with the Substation doors, partitions, LV panel by bolts. They are designed to assemble from the inside, and non-removable from the outside.

Partitions are made of the steel plate of 1.5mm thick. There are two partition plates: one to divides MV compartment and transformer compartment; and one to divides transformer compartment and LV compartment. Partitions includes cable supports medium-voltage and low-voltage.

Substation doors is made of steel plate of 2mm thick, designed to achieve IP23D, ensure the closure, operate easily and watertight. Accessories for installing doors such as bolts, hinge joints, door locks used the outdoor type, it is made of the stainless steel or plating for corrosion protection.

Low-voltage panel is installed in the LV compartment, it is made of steel plate of 1.5mm thick, associated with the partition and base of LV panel by bolts, these bolts are removed from the inside of the LV panel. Compartment for installing the main LV circuit breaker and feeder circuit break-ers (if requested). Doors include the dead lock, lock bracket, installation of the display system: voltmeter, amperemeter, indicator phase light.

The bottom side of substation has the struc-tures for cable connected in and out the panels.

Substation body is made of steel plate, electroplated painting of outdoor type both inside and outside.

Roof

It is made of steel plate of 2mm thick, electro-plated painting of outdoor type both inside and outside.

Roof is divided into three respective parts to three compartments: roof for MV compartment, roof for transformer compartment and roof for LV compartment. They are associated together and linked to the substation body by bolts to ensure the stability.

Removable, at each roof part includes two brackets for roof lifting when assembly.

Minimum slope is 2% to ensure not water stagnant on roof.

Natural ventilation system of the substation is designed to ensure the life time for equipments in the substation in the condition of normal operation. Class of enclosure: class 20, the substation is also designed to achieve the class of enclosure: class 5, class 10, class 15 depending on the customers request.

H thng thng gi bao gm thng gi thn v thng gi mi. Thng gi thn lm bng nhm hoc thp tm dy 1,5mm, m km nhng nng trc khi sn tnh in v nh v vo ca trm/thn trm trnh r st, m bo m quan. Thng gi mi m bo khng kh i lu t nhin tt hn.

Mng cp: Mng cp c b tr sn trong nn mng trm thun li cho vic thi cng cp ngm vo v ra khi trm.

H thu du: bo v mi trng, nn mng trm TTC-KPS phi c h thu du theo qui nh ca in lc. Trong trng hp trm TTC-KPS lp my bin p kh hoc my bin p ngm du thn thin mi trng, du FR3 th khng cn h thu du.

Class of enclosure is the difference in tempera-ture of transformer when installed inside and outside the substation, it is the indicator to deter-mine the loading factor of tranformer in the substa-tion, since hence, the highest capacity of the Kiosk - type Package transformer Substation shall be deter-mined (please refer to Annex D in IEC 62271-202 standard).

Ventilation system includes ventilation for body part and roof as well. Ventilation for body part is made of aluminium or steel of 1.5mm thick, hot dipped galvanized steel before electroplated painting and locating to the substation doors/ substation body to avoid the iron rust, and ensure the aesthetics. Ventilation for roof aims at ensuring the better natu-ral convection air.

Cable cellars: Cable cellars are pre-arranged in the foundation of substation for facilitating construction of underground cable in and out from the substation.

Oil collecting pit: In order to protect the environment, the foundation of TTC-KPS substation must include oil collecting pit in accordance with the stipulations of Power Branch. In case, TTC-KPS substation installs the dry-type transformer or oil-immersed transformer friendly with environment FR3 oil, it isnt required for oil collecting pit.

Test of electrical equipments inside substation:

All electrical equipment inside TTC-KPS substation are tested in accordance with the own standard.

High-voltage switchgear and controlgear shall be tested according to IEC 62271-200

Distribution transformers shall be tested according to TCVN 6306, IEC 60076

Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies shall be tested according to IEC 60439

Test of TTC-KPS

Kiosk-type Package transformer Substation, TTC-KPS is tested according to IEC 62271-202 standard, to comply with the following tested items:

Routine test

Each checked and tested TTC-KPS substation achieve the Routine test requirements at VILAS quali-fied high voltage laboratory of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (THIBIDI), the tested items before ex-works include as follows:

Short-duration power-frequency withstand voltage test: 50kV in 1 minute

Dielectric test on auxiliary circuits

Functional tests:

+ Operation of the switchgear and control-gear

+ Mechanical operation of Kiosk substation doors

+ Fixing of insulating barriers

+ Checking of temperature and liquid level of the transformer

+ Voltage indication check

+ Fitting of earthing devices

TTC-KPS is manufactured in THIBIDI

factory in accordance with the strict procedures

of quality control appropriate to ISO 9001 qual-ity control standard.

Safety for people

TTC-KPS is designed to permit the operator

to approach through the doors and door lock

system.

The MV switchgear installed in TTC-KPS is

type of safety guarantee for operator outside the

substation.

Steel structure of foundation is welded for

joint association and linked to the earthing system

of the substation. All equipment has the metal

cover, substation body, substation doors and

ventilation system are connected to the earthing

system of the substation. Ensuring all substation

enclosure to be earthing well, ensuring high safety

level for people;

TTC-KPS ensures safety for operators and

general public appropriate to IEC 62271-202

standard.

Anti-corrosion and environmental impact

All TTC-KPS enclosure are covered by

electroplated painting outdoor to ensure the corro-sion protection and corrosion impact from environ-ment. Base frame is hot dipped galvanized, outer

side is paint black and intensifies aesthetics.

All equipment are installed inside the substa-tion enclosure to avoid affecting directly from

outside climate in the normal service conditions.

polluted areas, coastal areas, and so on, please

Maintenance guide

To work properly, the kiosk substation main-tenance work in accordance with the technical process.

Maintenance can be preventive measures or repairs.

Check after 6 months

- The change of ground stations

- Ditch fills of submarine cable to land (if subsidence)

Depending on operating conditions, the following items will be inspected and maintained regularly:

- Removing plants, trees, grass ... that may reduce air flow by natural convection venti-lation station

- Removing dust litter in the compartment of the kiosk substation

- Repair scratches, dents, cracks, burst due to external

- Test and prevent the infiltration of surface water or groundwater
