INTRODUCTION

These notes cover over 40 very practical wiring automation exercises.

The exercises are easy to mount on an electric panel or board, and serve as a basis for learning how tomake power schemes, the operating circuits, and a description of the operation, applications and possiblebreakdowns.

All these circuits were programmed with Siemens logo R-240These exercises were developed by students of electricity and electronic training cycles.

If they do not have much experience, they have to be advised by a person who has it.

Many of these exercises continue to be set up at the Technical Institutes and Universities in Catalonia-Spain. They were developed with the collaboration of some colleagues with whom I worked.

These exercises are the basis for entering the world of industrial automatisms.

It is the second part of the previous exercises with a more commercial application.

In these notes are presented some electrical symbols that are used in the industry.

I hope these little notes help them to orient themselves in this world which is very wonderful, interestingand very commercial.

In our industry in general many engineers and technicians are needed who are aware of what we arewriting.

Estos apuntes tratan de más de 40 ejercicios muy prácticos de automatización i cableada.Los ejercicios son fáciles de montar en un tablero o cuadro eléctrico, y sirven como base para aprender a hacer esquemas de potencia, los circuitos demaniobra, hacen una descripción del funcionamiento, aplicaciones y posibles averías. Todos estos circuitos se programaron con logo de siemens R- 240Estos ejercicios lo desarrollaron los alumnos de ciclo formativo.Si no tienen mucha experiencia, tienen que ser asesorados por una persona que lo tenga.Muchos de estos ejercicios se siguen montando en los Institutos Tecnicos y Universidades en Cataluña-España. Se desarrollaron con la colaboración dealgunos colegas con los que trabajé. Estos ejercicios son la base para introducirse en el mundo de los automatismos industriales.Es la segunda parte de los anteriores ejercicios con una aplicación más comercial. 1 When the push button is pressed PM, the motor turns in one direction, then it stops for a while and thenit turns in another direction, after a time it stops automatically.There is an emergency or stop button Ps.

EXERCICI 2 : START AND STOP TWO MOTORS

1 When the PM button is pressed for the first time, the first motor is started; If we press for the second time PM starts the second motor.With the stop button Ps, the system is switched off.

2 COMPONENTS: Trifàsic engine of squirrel cage (230V / 380V) 380V / 600V. Pilots. Stop button. Push button. Auxiliary contactors. Motor-1. Motor-2. Protection Relay. Thermal magneto. Three-phase line (230V / 380V) 380V _ 600V. Others. Cuando pulsamos por primera vez el pulsador PM, se pone en marcha el primer motor; si pulsamos por segunda vez PM se pone en marcha el segundo motor. Con el pulsador de paro Ps el sistema queda desconectado.

EXERCICI 5 : TWO ENGINES RUNNING ALTERNATELY

1 When the PM pushbutton is pressed, the first motor starts, after a working time the first timer stops the first motor and starts the second motor; The second timer stops the second engine and starts the first engine. Engines work alternatively. With the Ps stop button the whole system is stopped.

Cuando pulsamos el pulsador de marcha PM arranca el primer motor, despues de un tiempo de trabajo el primer temporizador para el primer motor y pone en marcha el segundo motor; el segundo temporizador para el segundo motor y arranca el primer motor.Los motores trabajan en forma alternativa.Con el pulsador de paro se para todo el istema.

1 The blinds will rise or fall depending on the activation and the direction of rotation of the motor. There are two limit switches at the top and bottom. There are two types of pulsations: manual and automatic. MANAUL: If you press the buttons for less than 2 seconds you can control how far you want to leave it.

AUTOMATIC: Press the pushbuttons for more than two seconds the shutters will automatically rise or fall until the limit switches disconnect the motor.

Pulsamos los pulsadores mas de dos segundos las persianas subiran o bajaran en forma automatica hasta que los finales de carrera desconecten el motor.Si la persiana esta subiendo y pulsamos el pulsador de bajada el motor invertira el sentido de giro y bajara las persiana.

EXERCICI 12 : SHUTTER CONTROL WITHT LIGHT SENSOR

1 To automatically open and close the shutter, a light sensor will be used when the device is receiving sunlight; The sensor will give a signal to activate the circuit and to operate the motor to open the shutter.

When the sensor does not receive sunlight, it will give a signal to the electrical circuit and to operate the motor in the opposite direction and the shutter will close.

There is a stop button for any emergency.

EXERCICI 13: AUTOMATIC FILLING OF A TANK WITH TWO PUMPS

1 Depending on the level of the tank can work one or two pumps, if you work a single pump will try to work alternatively. The tank has three sensors minimum, medium and maximum. If the water level is below the minimum sensor two pumps will be able to run, when it reaches the middle level a single pump will work and if it reaches the maximum sensor the pumps will stop. Segun el nivel que tenga el deposito pueden trabajar una o dos bombas, si trabaja una sola bomba tentran que trabajar en forma alternativa. El deposito tiene tres sensores minimo medio y maximo.Si el nivel del agua esta por debajo del sensor minimo se podran en marcha dos bombas, cuando llega al nivel medio trabajara una sola bomba y si llega al sensor maximo la bombas se pararan. Hay un contador que comtabilizara las horas de trabajo de las bombas para hacerle el mantenimiento.Hay un presostato para verificar la presion antes de que se pongan en marcha las bombas.

1 We have two pushbuttons the PM mark and the stop or emergency Ps. We have two engines one that goes up and down and vice versa, and another that goes from right to left and viseverse. There are four limit switches: the bottom, the top, the one on the left and the one on the right that detect the position of the crane. The crane for the following sequence: The figure shows the initial position. When the PM pushbutton is pressed, the crane stops for the first cycle. Once the work is done with the time programmed automatically for the second cycle that is given in the initial position to continue working.

. EXERCICI 17: STAIR LIGHTING

1 To develop this project we have three pushbuttons and three lamps as shown in the drawing. The distribution is a pushbutton and a lamp per floor. When any button is pressed the three lamps must be switched on. The lamps will run for three minutes when they go out. If they are on and if any user presses one of the buttons again, the time will start counting from scratch.

Para desarrollar este proyecto tenemos tres pulsadores y tres lamparas como se ve en el dibujo.La distribución es un pulsador y una lampara por piso.Cuando se pulse cualquier pulsador se tienen que encender las tres lamparas.Las lamparas funcionaran durante tres minutos momento en que se apagaran.Si estan encendidas y si algun usuario pulsa otra vez uno de los pulsadores, el tiempo comenzara a contar desde cero.

EXERCICI 19: ESCALATOR IN ONE DIRECTION

1 We will program the automatic escalator in a single direction; we have a three-phase motor to operate the ladder to go from the lower floor to the upper floor. There is an automatic escalator control panel for maintenance. We have a push button PM, a stop button Ps, an optical sensor OS, which will activate the operation of the ladder for three minutes and then stop and a timer on the disconnection. Programaremos la escalera mecanica automatica en una sola direccion, tenemos un motor trifasico para hacer funcionar la escalera para ir de la planta inferior a la planta superior.Hay un panel de control de la escalera automatica para hacer mantenimiento.Tenemos un pulsador de marcha PM, un pulsador de paro Ps, un sensor optico OS, es cual activara el funcionamiento de la escalera durante tres minutos y despues se parara y un temporizador a la desconección. Para comprovar el funcionamiento de la escalera se hace con el pulsador de marcha PM.Si la escalera automatica esta funcionando y el sensor optico detecta a una otra persona antes de que pase el tiempo indicado, dara la orden al temporizador a la desconeccion para que comienze a contar desde cero.

EXERCICI 20: MECHANICAL STAIRCASE IN TWO DIRECTIONS

Haremos la progranacion de la escalera mecanica automatica de doble direccion, tenemos un motor trifasico que pone en funcionamiento a la escalera mecanica que funcionara en las dos direcciones que va de la planta superior a la inferior y de la planta inferior a la superior.Hay un panel de control para hacer mantrnimiento y solo accedera el personal de la empresa y son los unicos que pondran en funcionamiento la escalera mecanica automatica.Hay dos sensores opticos uno esta situada en la planta alta y la otra en la planta baja y activaran la direccion en la que tiene que ir la escalera mecanica automatica cuando detecten personas, la escalera funcionara durante tres minutos en cualquiera de las direcciones y se parara si no detectan personas.Por ejemplo si la escalera mecanica automatica va de la planta inferior a la planta superior y el sensor optico inferior detecta mas persones , este dara orden al temporizador a la desconnecion a que comienze a contar desde cero; si al mismo tiempo que la escala esta funcionando el sensor optico superior detecta persones este no podra activar la escalera mecanica en ningun caso hasta que la escalera no se pare del todo.Hay dos pulsadores de Zeta-Paro o emergencia que pararan el funcionamiento del sistema.

Tenemos dos pulsadores uno de marcha PM y otro de paro Ps, con el pulsador de paro Ps se puede parar todo el sistema en cualquier momento.Para hacer funcionar el circuito pulsamos el pulsador de marcha PM y dependiendo de la programacion del tiempo que quieran hacerlo funcionar. Se pueden levantar y cerrar las persianas, se encenderan y se apagaran las luces del pasadiso, lo mismo pasara con las luces de la escalera.A este programa se pueden hacer muchas modificaciones de acuerdo con las necesidades.Cada accion que se haga saldra en la pantalla indicando la funcion que se hace.Para las persianas se utiliza un motor trifasico.

EXERCICI 24: LIGHTING SHOP WINDOWS

1 We want to realize an automatism to illuminate the sideboard of a store. We have a general switch that will turn on the local light. Another night switch that will activate when it starts to darken. Queremos realizar un automatismo para iluminar el aparador de una tienda.Tenemos un interruptor general que pondra en funcionamiento la luz del local.Otro interruptor de noche que se activara cuando comience a oscurecer.Hay un pulsador para realizar puebas para ver si todo el alumbrado general funciona bien el cual durara trienta segundos cuando se haya pulsado el pulsador.Por ultimo tenemos un detector de movimiento.Con todos estos datos haremos un programa para encender los cuatro grupos de iluminacion.El primer grupo de iluminacion se encendera de lunes a viernes desde las 08:00 horas hasta las 22:00 horas, los sabados desde las 08:00 horas hasta las 24:00 horas, y los domingos desde las 12:00 horas hasta las 20:00 horas.El segundo grupo de iluminacion se encendera cuando sea de noche, siempre dentro de los horarios mencionados anteriormente.El tercer grupo de iluminacion se encendera fuera de los horarios establecidos anteriormente, siempre y cuando sea de noche ya que trabajara con el minimo de alumbrado. El cuarto grupo de iluminacion son para las publicidades, que se activaran con el detector de movimiento cada vez que pasen personas y duraran diez segundos el cual se apagara.

EXERCICI 25: CONTROL OF A CYLINDER OF DOUBLE EFFECT

Para hacer estos montajes se utilizaron Logo de siemens de 24 voltis de corriente continua.

Un cilindro de doble efecto se moverá mediante el efecto de una electro-válvula 5/2 by estable.

Con el accionamiento de dos pulsadores eléctricos, se darán las señales correspondientes para activar la válvula by estable en los dos sentidos, conel fin de mover el cilindro.

El cilindro saldrá al apretar el primer pulsador PM1 y volverá a la posición inicial al apretar el segundo pulsador PM2.

Sin apretar ningún pulsador, el cilindro se mantendrá en la última posición y si los pulsamos al mismo tiempo también.

Understand the magnetic detection elements (reed) to capture the position of the cylinders (or others) and how to take advantage of the electrical signal they emit to activate or deactivate electro-valves or relays.

Make a circuit that does the same function as the previous exercise on a double-acting cylinder but with the difference of replacing the limit switches with reed sensors, coupled to the cylinder liner.

Understand the operation of the pressure switch as an element that relates an analog signal (the adjustable pressure), with a digital signal, which provides a contact N.A. (Normally open) or N.C. (Normally closed), when activated by the pressure switch.

A double-acting cylinder has to come out and come in due to the activation of a stable 5/2 by electrovalve.

The cylinder will come out by pressing an electric pushbutton P1 and will enter by pressing another pushbutton P2, but the input signal will not be effective if the cylinder pressure, after exiting, is not at least 6 bar.

The pressure will be detected by a PS pressure switch.

Comprender el funcionamiento del presostato como elemento que relaciona una señal analógica (la presión ajustable), con una señaldigital, la que proporciona un contacto N.A. (normalmente abierto) o N.C. (normalmente cerrado), al ser activado por el presostato.

Un cilindro de doble efecto tiene que salir y entrar por efecto de la activación de una electro-válvula 5/2 by estable.

El cilindro saldrá al apretar un pulsador eléctrico P1 y entrará al apretar otro pulsador P2, pero la señal de entrada no será efectiva sila presión del cilindro, después de haber salido, no es como mínimo de 6 bar. La presión será detectada por un presostato PS.

Understand the system for solving complex sequences of cylinders, by detecting the positions using limit switches and activating the movements with stable and monostable electro-valves.

Study of single and continuous operating cycles

It involves a complex sequence with two cylinders: A + A - B + B –

The start of the sequence can be done with the choice of single cycle or continuous cycle.

The sequence in the single cycle will be done with a PM pushbutton and when you stop pressing it the limit switches and activating the movements with stable and monostable electro-valves.

Estudio de los ciclos de funcionamiento único y continuo

Se trata de realizar una secuencia compleja con dos cilindros: A + A - B + B -

La puesta en marcha de la secuencia se podrá hacer con la elección de ciclo único o ciclo continuo.

La secuencia en el ciclo único se realizará con un pulsador PM y al dejar de apretarlo el ciclo se detendrá una vez finalizado, alinicio, a punto de recibir otra señal de marcha.

El ciclo continuo se activará con un pulsador PM y al dejar de apretarlo, el ciclo no se parará, hasta apretar el pulsador de parada Ps,en este momento el ciclo se detendrá una vez haya finalizado, a punto de volver a comenzar.

En el ciclo continuo hay un pulsador de paro para parar todo el sistema y comeezar de nuevo el ciclo.

Two pieces have to be joined with a rivet in a partially automated press. The pieces and the rivet will be put by hand and the finished pieces will also be removed by hand, after the process of riveting has taken place. The automated part of this machine consists of the clamping of the part with the cylinder (A), riveting with the cylinder (B) and finally the release of the part. La parte automatizada de esta máquina consiste en la sujeción de la pieza con el cilindro (A), el remachado con el cilindro (B) yfinalmente la liberación de la pieza.

El mando se realizará con un pulsador, que al ser accionado hará que se realice un solo ciclo de funcionamiento: ciclo único. Poner un pulsador de paro.

EXERCICI 33: AUTOMATION OF THE BELL OF AN INSTITUTE AND IT’SILLUMINATION

1 To automate the bell timbre and the external light of an Institutes, did the students of a center where it works in Barcelona. We have a switch I1 to start the timer automation that will last for 1 minute. The time is: 15:30 - 15:31, 16:30 - 16:31, 17:30 - 17:31; There is half an hour of playground, 18:00 - 18:01, 19:00 - 19:01, 20:00 - 20:01, 21:00 - 21:01, 22:00 hours, when classes end. Para automatizar el timbre y la luz exterior de un Institutos, lo hicieron los alumnos de un centro donde trabaje en Barcelona.Tenemos un interruptor I1 para poner en funcionamiento el automatismo del timbre que durará 1 minuto.El horario es: 15:30 – 15:31, 16:30 – 16:31, 17:30 – 17:31; hay media hora de patio, 18:00 – 18:01, 19:00 – 19:01, 20:00 – 20:01, 21:00 – 21:01, 22:00 horas que se acaban las clases. Hay otro interruptor I2 que ilumina la parte exterior del instituto.Distinguiremos entre la iluminación principal y la iluminación secundaria.La iluminación principal funciona entre las 8:00 h hasta las 22:15 h siempre y cuando el interruptor crepuscular I3 este activado. La iluminacion secundaria funciona en el mismo horario que la principal cuando I3 este activado, ademas hay un sensor de movimiento I4 el cual se activara durante 10 segundos.Por último tenemos un interruptor I5 para encender en forma manual la iluminación principal y la secundaria y poder comprovar el correcto funcionamiento de la iluminación.

EXERCICI 34: AUTOMATIC GARAGE OF A HOUSE

1 The garage will open when the PM pushbutton, the optical barrier sensor (SC) (car sensor) or the key(KEY), or the remote control sensor (SCR) is pressed.The garage door will close automatically after a time programmed by you, this time is actuated by theupper limit switch (SLU) and will be stopped when the door is closed by the lower stroke sensor (SSL).If the door is closing and one of the sensors detects something, they will give the order to open andstart the cycle again.There is a thermal magnet that disconnects the entire system.If the door is slightly open, touch the thermal magnet, it will open fully and continue the programmedcycle.In the event of a fault, the motor is stopped by the action of the motor guard or the thermal magnet.When this is solved the fault the door will open and continue the same cycle.

El garage se abrira cuando se pulse el pulsador de marcha PM, o el sensor de barrera optica (SC) (sensor de coche) o la llave(Klau), o el sensor de mando a distancia (SMD).La puerta de garage se cerrara automaticamente despues de un tiempo programado por ustedes, este tiempo es accionado por el final de carrera superior(FCS) y se parara cuando se cierre la puerta por medio del sensor de carrera inferior (FCI).Si la puerta se esta cerrando y uno de los sensores detecta algo, estos daran la orden de abrir i comenzara de nuevo el ciclo.Existe un magnetotermico que desconecta todo el sistema.Si la puerta esta un poco abierta, se toca el magnetotermico esta se abrira del todo y continuara el ciclo programado.En caso de averia, el motor se para por la accion del guarda motor o el magnetotermico. Cuando este solucionada la averia la puerta se abrira y continuara el mismo ciclo.

EXERCICI 35: AUTOMATIC DOOR OF A SUPERMARKET

1 We will program as you open and close the automatic door of a two-sheet supermarket. We have a three-phase motor. There are two sensors one on the outside and the other on the inside. These sensors will cause the door to open when people are detected entering or leaving. There are two limit switches, which indicates that the door is closed (FCI) or open (FCS). The time the door is open is 10 seconds. If the sensors detect people when the door is closing it will open and the time will start counting from scratch. There is a push button (PM) and an emergency (Ps) button; this last will stop the whole system of operation either by damage of the door or by maintenance of it. There is a light that indicates if the door is broken or does not work. Only maintenance personnel once the door has been checked for it to work.

Programaremos como se abre y se cierra la puerta automatica de un supermercado de dos hoja.Tenemos un motor trifasico.Hay dos sensores uno en la parte exterior y el otro en el interior.Estos sensores aran que la puerta se abra cuando detecten que entran o salgan personas.Hay dos finales de carrera, el que indica que la puerta esta cerrada (FCI) o esta abierta (FCS). EXERCICI 37: CONTROL OF PARKING SPACES

1 This parquing has a capacity for 100 cars. It has a switch I1 to put into service the automation of the parquing Cars entering or exiting are detected by photoelectric barriers I2, I3. In the outside of the parquing there is an illuminated panel that indicates if it is full or not. When the parquing has 100 cars the panel will indicate that it is full and the red light will turn on. In the same way if the parquing has less than 100 cars it will indicate that it is free and the green light is on. You have a pushbutton I4 to restart the counting of the cars. We have a counter that controls the running time of the parquing automation, the control is done every 100 hours and when it arrives at this time a blue light will indicate that maintenance has to be done. Once done, there is a button I5, to restart the hours of operation.

Este parquing tiene una capacidad para 100 carros.Tiene un interruptor I1 para poner en servicio el automatismo del parquingLos coches que entren o salgan son detectados por barreras fotoelectricas I2, I3.En la parte exterior del parquing hay un panel de iluminacion que indica si esta lleno o no.Cuando el parquing tenga 100 coches el panel indicara que esta lleno y se encendera la luz roja.De la misma manera si el parquing tiene menos de 100 coches indicara que esta libre y la luz verde encendida.Se tiene un pulsador I4 para reiniciar el contage de los coches.Tenemos un contador que controla el tiempo de funcionamiento del automatismo del parquing, el control se hace cada 100 horas y cuando llegue a este tiempo se encendera una luz que indica que se tiene que hacer mantenimiento. Una vez realizado, hay un pulsador I5, para reiniciar las horas de funcionamiento.

Cada planta tiene un pulsador de llamada, cuando se pulsa la cabina va al lugar indicada.Los pulsadores del interior de la cabina son los mismos de los que se encuentran en el exterior y se conectan en paralelo.Cuando se llama a la cabina esta va al piso indicado, un final de carrera para la cabina a continuacion se abre la puerta un tiempo y cuando salen y entran las personas esta se cierra, hay un sensor dentro de la cabina que detecta personas y si la puerta se esta cerrando esta da la orden de abrirla.

Power Circuit

Before making any calls, the elevator door KC4 (motor2) is closed. If the cabin is not on the first floor and is called by means of FF this low KC2 (motor1) and is disconnected by the SL1 limit switch. SL1 gives the command to open the door KC3 (motor2) and is disconnected by the limit switch SL4. SL4 hasa time to close the door. There is a movement sensor (represented by the pushbutton B1) when the dooris closing or entering or exiting people from the cabin this gives the order to open the door and then continues the entire process to close the door. When the door is closed the SL5 limit switch is switched off and another call can be made to the booth of another plant. If the elevator is on the first floor and is called from the floor three it goes up and KC1 (motor1) is switched off by the SL3 limit switch and the continuous process. Assuming that the cabin is on the third floor and is called from the floor two the cabinis low (remember that the end of the race where the cabin is open and where it is not is closed, in our caseSL3 of the third floor is open and the Which is on the second floor is closed) and is switched off by the SL2 limit switch, and the door continues with the program. Antes de hacer cualquier llamada, la puerta del ascensor KC4 (motor2) esta cerrada. Si la cabina no está en la primera planta y se le llama por medio de FF esta baja KC2 (motor1) y es desconectada por el final de carrera SL1. SL1 da la orden para que se abra la puerta KC3 (motor2) y es desconectada por el final de carrera SL4. SL4 tiene un tiempo para cerrar la puerta. Existe un sensor de movimiento (representado por el pulsador B1) cuando se está cerrando la puerta entran o salen personas de la cabina esta da la orden de abrir la puerta y despues continua todo el preceso para cerrar la puerta. Cuando se cierra la puerta el final de carrera SL5 está desconectado y se puede hacer otra llamada a la cabina de otra planta. Si el ascensor está en la primera planta y se llama de la planta tres este sube y KC1 (motor1) es desconectado por el final de carrera SL3 y el proceso continuo. Suponiendo que la cabina está en el tercer piso y es llamada de la planta dos la cabina baja (recordar que los finales decarrera donde está la cabina está abierta y donde no está es cerrada, en nuestro caso SL3 de la tercera planta está abierta y la que esta en el segunda planta está cerrada) y es desconectado por el final de carrera SL2, y la puerta continua con el programa. Si la cabina está en la primera planta y es llamado a la segunda planta, la cabina sube, el proceso de las puertas ya es conocido.

EXERCICI 41: OPERATION OF AN ELECTRIC CRANE MANUALLY

1 These cranes have two motors, Motor1 up and down; Motor2 right or left. All the movements are done by pressing the pushbuttons to go up, down go to the right or left. These types cranes are widely used in industries are non-programmable electrics. The distances of going up or down to the right or to the left are calculated visually. When one of the pushbuttons is pressed, the motor will rotate to the desired direction and when the motor stops being pressed. There is a magnetotermico to disconnect the power supply.

2 COMPONENTS: Trifàsics motors of squirrel cage (230V / 380V) 380V / 600V. Pilots. Contactors. Upper Limit Switch Motor-1. Engine guard. Protection Relay. Thermal magneto. Timer to Connection. Estas gruas tienen dos motores, motor1 sube y baja; motor2 derecha o izquierda.Todos los movimientos se hacen pulsando los pulsadores para subir, bajar ir a la derecha o izquierda.Este tipo se gruas son muy utilizadas en las industrias son electricas no programables.Las distancias de subir o bajar ir a la derecha o a la izquierda son calculadas en forma visual.Cuando se pulsa uno de los pulsadores el motor gira a la direccion deseada y cuando se deja de pulsar el motor para.Existe un magnetotermico para desconectar la alimentación.

EXERCICI 41: CRANE CONTROL II

1 Programming of a bridge crane to chrome parts by immersion. The crane bridge has two motors, the horizontal motor transports the pieces along the bridge guide; the vertical motor takes the parts through the degreaser, the chrome and leaves it on the conveyor belt. The parts are set by an operator, when the pushbutton PB is pressed the piece is raised by the KC1 (motor1) and is disconnected by the upper limit switch SLL, the limit switch ER1 activates the KC3 (motor2) Limit switch ER2 which switches it off and activates KC2 (motor1) which goes down to the degreaser and is deactivated by the lower limit switch SLL is about 20 seconds; Then it is raised by KC1as well until it reaches the KC4 (motor2) that takes it to the beginning and is deactivated by ER1. ALL EXERCISES ARE PROGRAMMED IN (FUP), CAN BE PROGRAMMED IN (KOP).

Programación de un puente grua para cromar piezas por immersion.El puente grua tiene dos motores, el motor horizontal transporta las piezas a lo largo de la guia del puente; el motor vertical lleva las piezas pasando porel desengrasante, el cromado y lo deja en la cinta transportadora. Las piezas son puestas por un operario, al pulsar el pulsador de marcha PB la pieza es subida por el KC1 (motor1) y es desconectada por el final de carrera superior SLL, el final de carrera ER1 activa el KC3 (motor2) que va al final de carrera ER2 que lo desconecta y activa KC2 (motor1) que baja al desengresante y es desactivado por el final de carrera inferior SLL está unos 20 segundos; despues es subido por KC1 así hasta llegar al KC4 (motor2) que lo lleva al inicio y es desactivado por ER1.TODOS LOS EJERCICIOS SE HAN PROGRAMADO EN (FUP), SE PUEDEN PROGRAMAR EN (KOP).

How the program works in FUP:When Push Button PB is pressed, this activates KC1 (motor1) which is raised and deactivated by the upper limit switch SUL. The limit switch 1 ER1 activates KC3 (motor2) to the right and it is deactivatedby the limit switch 2 ER2, the limit switch 2 activates KC2 (motor1) and this low, it is deactivated by thelower limit switch SLL. ER2 activates M1 and activates the first timer to the T1 (20 ") connection; T1 activates KC1 (motor1) and it goes up and is disconnected by SUL. Como funciona el programa en FUP:Cuando se pulsa Push Button PB, este activa KC1 (motor1) que sube y es desactivado por el final de carrera superior SUL. El final de carrera 1 ER1 activa KC3 (motor2) que va a la derecha y es desactivado por el final de carrera 2 ER2, el final de carrera 2 activa KC2 (motor1) y este baja, es desactivado por el final de carrera inferior SLL. ER2 activa M1 y este activa el primer temporizador a la coneción T1 (20”); T1 activa a KC1 (motor1) y este sube y es desconectado por SUL. T1 desconecta M1, T1 activa M2; M2 activa temporizador 2 T2 (10”), T2 activa KC3 (motor2) este va a la derecha y es desactivado por el final de carrera 3 ER3, T2 desactiva M2.El final de carrera 3 ER3 activa KC2 este baja y es desactivado por final de carrera inferior SLL, ER3 activa M3; M3 activa temporizador a la coneción3 T3 (20”), T3 activa KC1 que sube y es desconectado por SUL, T3 desactiva M3, T3 activa M4, M4 activa temporizador 4 T4 (10”), T4 activa KC3 (motor2) y va a la derecha y es desactivado por final de carrera 4 ER4, T4 desactiva M4, ER4 activa KC2 que baja y es desactivado por SLL, ER4 activa M5, M5 activa temporizador 5 T5 (20”), T5 activa KC1 (motor1) y este sube y es desactivado por SUL, T5 activa M6, T5 desactiva M5, M6 activa temporizador 6 T6 (10”).T6 activa KC4 (motor2)y este va a la izquierda sin parar por ER3 y ER2 hasta ER1 que lo desactiva, T6 desactiva M6, KC4 activa temporizador 7 T7 (15”), T7 activa KC2 (motor1) y este baja, KC2 es desactivado por SLL.El sistema queda activado para comenzar un nuevo ciclo. El circuito tiene un magneto termico para desactivar el sistema en cualquier momento.
