The Hilton Garden Inn, Niagara-on-the-Lake is conveniently situated between

Toronto and Niagara Falls, residing on 6 acres of preserved elegance in the

heart of Niagara’s Wine Region. Just minutes away from The Shaw Festival

Theatre, The Butterfly Conservatory, Fallsview Casino, Marineland and many

more world-class destinations, it is just a 15 minute drive along the scenic

Niagara River to the majestic Niagara Falls. The hotel is also central to

numerous Golf Courses, Boutique Shopping and a plentiful selection of

Restaurants. Located at the corner of the QEW and Glendale Avenue; a short

distance from Historic Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Cancellation Policies:Cancellations within (7) seven working days prior to the event will result in 100% payment of room rental and 100% of all food and beverage as per contract at time of booking.Cancellations between (8) eight and (21) twenty-one working days prior to the event will result in 25% payment of room rental and 25% of all food and beverage as per the contract at time of booking. Cancellations between (22) twenty-two and (41) forty-one working days prior to the function will result in the loss of the initial deposit. Cancellation fees will be charged to the guarantee payment at the time of cancellation. All cancellation must be done in writing with a Sales Manager. VOICEMAIL MESSAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CANCELLATION NOTICE.

Payment Arrangements:There is an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due with confirmation of booking (at time of signing contract) which is either 10% or $1000 (whichever is greater). If a function is less than $1000, 50% is due at time of signing. All Functions must have a form of payment guarantee prior to booking. Qualifying payment forms are; prepayment, authorized credit card or direct bill account. Direct bill accounts will be provided to companies at the conclusion of a successful application process prior to the event. The form of payment used to guarantee a function will be charged at the conclusion of the function unless another form of payment is given the day of the event. Functions without a form of payment guarantee will not be held. Deposits cannot be carried over from one event to another.

Reduction in Numbers:The hotel will extend a 15% allowance in expected food and beverage revenue. Should the group fall below this amount the group will be responsible for the remaining food and beverage revenue (i.e. the amount necessary to achieve 85% of the total expected food and beverage revenue). Such amount shall be subject to service charges and applicable taxes.

Guarantee Agreement: A Guarantee of number of attendees is required for all meals. This guarantee represents the minimum number of meals that will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. All guarantees are to be given (2) two weeks prior to the function. If no guarantee is given by this time one will be assigned by the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake based on the number of people expected at the time of booking.

Taxes and Service charges:The Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake rates are subject to the applicable taxes at the time of your event. Currently these taxes are 13% on all items and service charges. There will be a 15% service charge added to all food, beverage, and audiovisual equipment. Applicable tax will also be added.
