If the duration of the event is altered, the duration of the exhibition shall be adapted accordingly.
Stand construction/dismantling periodsConstruction: 04th December 2019 09:00 to 13:30 The exhibition must be fully set up by 14:00Upon request Access to the venue may be grated on the 03rd December 2019.
Dismantling: 04th December 2019 after 20:30 the exhibition must be completely cleared away It is not possible to store any exhibits or furniture after dismantling in the exhibition area.
Exhibitor areaExhibitions must be constructed and dismantled by your own staff. CLEPA reserves the right to allocate the exhibition locations.
Damage & InsuranceAny damage on exhibits, stand, building, floor or other facilities arising in connection with the exhibition shall be settled directly with the aggrieved party. CLEPA does not accept any liability for the stand or the exhibits. Neither does it have insurance for either the stand construction or the exhibits. The CLEPA recommends exhibitors to take out their own insurance for their exhibition and the objects placed in/on it. There is a surveillance of the stands and exhibits during the opening time of the venue.
