Welcome 2017. The CBME Executive Team would like to wish you a very happy new year. 2017 is the year we will foray into the exciting world of CBME through all of our 29 postgraduate medical education programs. With July 1st only just around the corner, the team would like to congratulate all of our CBME Program Leaders on their tremendous efforts and dedication over the past two years. The progress has been steady and we look forward to completing the transition through the rest of 2017 and beyond, in partnership with all of you. CBME Scholarship

The Maudsley Scholarship & Research Fund

Congratulations to the successful recipients of the Maudsley Scholarship and Research Fund winter grant. The scholarship subcommittee had a record number of applications to review and the decision was very difficult. Successful recipients will provide a summary of their projects at this year’s Queen’s Maudsley Symposium on May 30th. Please look for more opportunities for Maudsley funding in the near future.

International Conference on Residency Education

The CBME team encourages you to submit an abstract to ICRE 2017 if you are working on any CBME-related projects. Deadline for submission is March 3rd, 2017.

The January CBME Progress Dashboards have been released. The program progress average is 68% complete. The next update will be sent the last week of February. Please submit any updates to your progress to Jen Railer [email protected]

CBME Program Evaluation

Annual CBME Program evaluation interviews will be conducted in February 2017. Each program director and CBME lead will be interviewed by the CBME research Analyst to help us track CBME progress. No preparation is required. Interview requests have been sent or are in progress to please book your interview soon.
