• If your team have fun, they’ll come• Invest in people, not softball. However they
did sign up for softball, so don’t undermine the sport itself
• Competition and wanting to do well on the field is not wrong
• Belonging before Believing

1. Believing– Players respond to you having faith in them– Help and guide– Encourage and cheer for– Understand and care for the individual needs for
your team

3. Knowledgeable– Good coach have an ability to break down the
game– Fun & Fellowship is not an excuse for us not to be
prepared– Make practices fun and challenging

team– We are using the game of softball to develop
these channels of communication, so we can begin to speak into our players’ lives
