View CDFA’s Free Brownfields Financing Webinar Series online! This series delivers case studies, financing expertise, and trending redevelopment topics. Previous topics include Tax Increment Financing, New Market Tax Credits, and Revolving Loan Funds.


Brownfields Project Marketplace

The Marketplace is an open forum that connects communities looking to finance brownfield redevelopment projects with development financiers and brownfield project experts. Communities present their projects to advisors and are provided with constructive feedback and financing recommendations. Marketplace events are held online and in-person. CDFA Project Response Teams Opportunities available in 2017!

A team comprised of CDFA staff and technical assistance partners will conduct site visits to a limited number of communities each year. During each visit, the Project Response Team will meet with stakeholders, tour the redevelopment site, and provide financing recommendations. Upon completion of the Project Response Team visit, each community receives a report summarizing actionable financing recommendations specific to the redevelopment of the project.
