As we have evolved, so have our capabilities, Complete Cooling Solutions were formed in 2004, back then we were just a small design & build comfort cooling company. Moving forward ten years we now deliver each stage of the build process required to achieve ‘atmospheric precision’ . Our team of designers and project managers have taken hundreds of projects from conception to project completion which is then handed over to our after care maintenance team Complete Mechanical Solutions. Now Part of a £10.0m privately owned group with our headquarters located in London Clapham Junction and further regional offices in Slough, Complete Cooling Solutions & Complete Mechanical Solutions are leading companies specialising in design & build projects & maintenance for mechanical services, for both end users and main contractors.

OUR APPROACH TO THE DESIGN & BUILD Complete Engineering Group’s design & build department (Complete Cooling Solutions) offer a fast response, non contractual service to both end users and main contractors. We offer bespoke solutions driven by our in house experts, who between them have over 90 years experience. Our project managers deliver in excess of 160 projects throughout the UK each year and are highly experienced in delivering projects in time and budget without compromising the end result. Our diverse project portfolio includes office blocks, food preparation facilities, shop fitting, facility management services, plumbing, heating, chiller and air conditioning installations. By specialising in working with our customers within their occupied buildings, we enjoy a constant stream of repeat business. We are always available to visit your site and provide quotations and recommendations.

OUR APPROACH TO THE MAINTENANCE

Complete Engineering Group’s maintenance department (Complete mechanical Solutions) operates a 24 hour fast response call out service with a maintenance team that can provide all aspects of mechanical services on both a planned and response request basis. Our service also includes asset survey and condition reporting. We are always available to visit your site and provide you with service and maintenance recommendations. We provide the highest quality maintenance services through our dedicated maintenance business unit and many of the country’s top companies trust CMS to support their building services infrastructure. By taking the time to understand each customer’s unique requirements and business drivers and adopting an approach of partnership in everything we do, we tailor maintenance packages to suit each business’ individual and specific needs.
