AccessibilityWhile buildings and most outdoor exhibits are wheelchair-accessible, there are some hilly and slopedareas. Walkways are a combination of paved, gravel and woodchipped surfaces.

Service animals are permitted in all public areas ofthe Zoo except the Matilda R. Wilson Free-Flight Aviary and Australian Outback Adventure due to the free-ranging animals.

First Aid, Lost Visitors, Lost and FoundContact any Park Safety personnel or Zoo staff member. The Park Safety office is located behind Buddy’s Pizza.

Strollers, Wagons and WheelchairsStrollers, wagons and wheelchairs are available for rent by the Chrysler Main Station and near the Africa Station seasonally.

Smoking and Vaping PolicyIn order to provide a safe and healthyenvironment for both the animals andour guests, smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated smoking area near the Arctic Overlook picnic site.

No food or drink in any Zoo building.
