Kathleen D. Casey is the President of Immaculate High School in Danbury, CT. Kathleen has extensive corporate and Catholic school experience in advancement, marketing and strategic planning.

Kathleen has served as President of Immaculate since 2008, focusing her efforts on implementing the Mission, growing enrollment, increasing development, managing the Advisory Board, fundraising

and strategic planning initiatives. Over the past five years, enrollment has increased.

Kathleen has implemented an international program, which has increased the diversity and global awareness of the Immaculate student body. During her tenure, Kathleen has led the School Advisory Board’s effort to develop and implement a current and

streamlined approach to strategic planning.

Kathleen began working in Catholic education in 2001 as a teacher at Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Atlanta, GA, where she also served as an Executive on the School Advisory Board. In 2006, Kathleen moved to the Diocese of Bridgeport starting with St. Thomas Aquinas in Fairfield, CT, where she also served as a Board member, CCD teacher and Eucharistic Minister.

Kathleen spent ten years as a Business and Strategic Planner for General Motors. While at General Motors, Kathleen was responsible for the strategic development of several key business units both domestic and international.

Kathleen earned an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (’87) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign (‘84). Kathleen and her husband Chris have two children and live in Fairfield, CT.
