A MODERN LAUNCHAfter years of research and development, it was time to introduce our new brand. Spring of 2013, saw the release of these unique, modern, custom homes. Consumer insights gathered during the initial research phase helped us create a style guide for our new brand. We brainstormed the perfect name, developed the logo, font, color schemes, tone, messaging, and style of campaigns. Our final concepts introduced our value proposition and communicated how our product was different from our competition. Ever since then, Evoke has been a runaway success story.

A NEW VIEWWhen developing the new Evoke website, we wanted to create a site that was gorgeous, full of beautiful imagery, rich with information and simple to use. While it has a lot of information, the user interface makes the process of interacting with and learning more about Evoke easy and interesting, starting with the first visit, and every visit thereafter. As a result, users have a real awareness of the Evoke brand and lifestyle and can deep-dive into product quality, differentiators and related information.

A BRAND NEW WORLD:We were excited to launch our new website design after almost a year in development! The new site is prettier, faster, easier for users to navigate and easier for us to manage. The use of beautiful photos and imagery combined with lots of white space, created a best-in-class website like no other builder. The results were impressive--bounce rates went down, time on site went up and conversions increased. Launching this new website was one of my favorite projects and I am extremely proud of the final outcome.

SMART MOVE ADVANTAGE: YOU BUY OURS. WE’LL RENT YOURS.Our Smart Move Advantage campaign: You Buy Ours. We’ll Rent Yours was one of our most successful campaigns. We implemented this promotion during the decline of the housing market and needed to find a market niche that would separate us from the competition and help buyers with their new home purchase. The campaign crossed over while modifying our brand look. Essentially, Smart Move Advantage allowed buyers to purchase a new Quadrant home while we rent their current home for up to two years. This campaign was so successful that it helped us achieve our sales goals in 2012 and 2013 and we ended the campaign in 2014 because we no longer needed this hook to attract buyers.

NIGHT OF THE STARSThe event to end all events was held each January atop one of Seattle’s glorious venues—Space Needle or Columbia Tower. This gala event featured fabulous food, dancing, gifts and games. Exclusively for real estate agents who sold a Quadrant home in a calendar year, this star-studded event was a highlight for agents throughout the Puget Sound. With over 500 attendees and a $50K budget, my team and I created the ultimate experience by selecting the perfect venue, developing a fun and fabulous theme, and creating an unforgettable evening for our guests.

CONCEPTWe hired the award-winning design firm, Callison to help us create a platform for a customer-centric sales experience that aligned with our brand. Based on the platform, Callison provided a design a-kit-of-parts that was flexible and scalable across multiple locations. Overall design principles were outlined to maintain consistence of experience from location to location. We took Callison’s creative concepts and compiled a team to execute on this design. Callison was so impressed with our execution, they submitted our designs for a national award.

A Perfect Fit: • Ten fresh floor plans range from 1900 up to even 2900 square feet and all include three very distinct and very memorable elevations.

• Open and connected spaces bring the outdoors in, making you almost one with nature. In a very relaxing way of course.

• Thoughtful and efficient second floors provide lofts and master bedrooms with spa-like baths, just in case you need to escape for an hour or three.
